need some new kit 36/38" waist in jeans etc but have decent sized thighs from weights/rugby/cycling. thinking some jitsie or MOTs kit but unsure which is most generous - trials gear seems like cyclists gear - designed for malnourished whippets usually just use mx pants but a bit heavy when wet and fall down without the braces - rock on tommy any ideas on other makes? thanks

The only good thing about winter is: when the temperature drop below 20 f, I take all my trial gear outside for 4 to 6 hours. I always dry, clean and desinfect all clothing, helmet etc. after every ride but noting kill bacteria like the cold treatment Guy

  9. Just wondering; opinions/advice on best Carhartt style work pants for trials riding; with mountain bike type knee pads worn underneath and should they and can they be worn in or over trials boots?

  10. I should get a drink out of all this Wulfsport love. Finally bought a proper trials top and pants rather than use my enduro gear. Pants are excellent with padded knees, shins and side of legs where i always get a bruise....from where i dont know. I'm 32/33" and medium fits well. Thought I'd feel a prat in these tight fitting pants but they are a real help when riding with no baggyness and a better fit for trials boots....and shows off my bootie to its best! Top is on the tight side for my camel front but good on length, collar feature is cool too. Total cost was 60 quid delivered found on fleabay deals. Nice build n finish too.....only problem is I look the part, now …

I'm looking at replacing my helmet which at the moment is a Airoh trr Dapper, i have been looking at other helmets (yet to try any on) I like the look of the jitsie HT2 data. My concern is as there is a £100 price difference am I getting a lot better helmet with the Airoh? what are peoples views on the jitsie helmets or any of the other makes out there. Any help or advice would be very helpful.

Anyone know what forma boots like at breaking in and stretching? Bought a 43 & 44 in the boulders and don’t know if I need to break one pair or wear thicker socks for the other… one’s a bit big and the other a bit tight round the instep, my feet appear to be half a size in between. 😐

I recently tried a Hebo lid, sized XL and was surprised to find it a reasonable fit. I usually wear medium, 58, in road lids. Is this the norm for trials lids?
