There is an alloy one you can buy which is alot better quality.

Is the nut on the underside?

You can try trp direct.i think there is a different linkage on the newer bikes

I would torque and locktight it.these are bad for coming slack.i've heard it's 15 models that have been a problem but not sure if this is true.mine did come slack

There is a Japanese video on here somewhere where they add shims as the clutch plates wear i think this might help

Duck tape on the top cover.or there is a clear plastic cover that goes under the mudguard but it is a little fiddly!

Apparently the fuel injection system is similar to that used by ossa.so any faults should be sorted.

The airbox does look like it would get a lot more mud and water in it

Sounds like the bolt holding the clutch basket on has come slack.it happened to me with my sherco.the clutch would go solid if I reved the bike it would work again
