  1. Is the main bearings ok?see if you can get any movement on the fflywheel
  2. No i don't think there is.i filed a bit off the inside where it catches the flywheel cover
  3. Looks like a sherco engine with a yamaha clutch cover on!?
  4. S3 does them but not sure if you can get them for the 200.you could try another base gasket.

  7. Is the Brake pipe ok?mine cracked at the banjo at the master cylinder end . Another thing it could be the seals are worn in the master cylinder.

  9. Hi ive had.a 4rt and a beta evo 4t,2 spare wheels and riding gear for 2 rider's.bit of a squeeze!
  10. Had betas 11 years had very few problems. Got a Gasser last year and I love it.only thing I don't like is the airbox. to say it's bad is a under statement

  12. I agree with husky. the lever sticks out to far the earlier lever is alot better and easy to fit

  15. You could get a 250 and put a lower compression head on make it a bit softer

  17. Hi I have riden betas for over ten years, I'm looking to change this year from a 2010 evo to a new sherco not sure which engine to go for, im not a expert a middle of the road clubman.would like to here people's views on the build quality and what they think of the different engine's
  18. i'm sorry but the renthal chain no good for a rev 3 the pins are to long either you accept that its going to wear your brake pedal thin,or you buy the original regina chain from lampkins on witch the pins are alot shorter but a good quality chain
  19. same forks as evo its different plastic spacers inside.so maybe you could get the dfferent spacer and run the evo spring?maybe ask steve or lampkins
  20. changing the fork seals should be pretty straight forward,i think the sherco was on paioli forks then but not sure,someone else on here will let us know!when i do mine i use a good punch working it in carefully going round the seal,a seal driver would be best but if your doing it once in a while is costly.you would probably get a firmer spring(as there is only one) from steve saunders check his website at sxs for cost.if anyone knows of anyone who makes them i would like a softer one?
  21. carbon fibre wheels ok if no stones about.but if you were riding rocks wouldn't last five minutes
  22. make sure when you are bleeding you pump the lever 4 or 5 times before you hold lever and release the fluid and just a little bit at a time
