Dont Jump the Gun has a Hendrix feel to it . Sweet

Being English, I've had enough of paying for the Scots , never mind being one !
-
The Bugatti Veyron is made in Molsheim, Alsace in France which is actually the birthplace of Bugatti (The Marque)
Ettore Bugatti was born in Milan then moved to France Link
Company owned by VW AG

Typical amercian sterotypical response Give me a car with Horsepower! Big horsepower and that is all that matters. pffffff
You dont get a kick out of it because in European terms .. that car is S-L-O-WWwWwWwwW.
Here's a British built car (with a Honda engine) that has just 300hp and will absolutely pi$$ all over that viper. Its called... The Ariel Atom
And just watch this vid for the proof
I have just bought one of these Audi S5 - See how it goes round corners ( and it's not even as good as an R8 ) - The Bang & Olufsen sound system is pretty good as well
Vorch Sprung Dorch Technik !
-
Here's one of those more common 'fine French made things' Clicky Here
Here's a TG review of a classic American marque Cadillac CTS
See, in Europe we have corners. Quite a lot of them. Our cars need to go round them you see. And preferably in control
-
It is an absolute fact the cars made in the USA are completely crap. Virtually, any European car is better. But.....
I would rather live in Chicago than London.
I would rather play Golf in Palm Springs than St Andrews.
I would rather spend a day on Sunset Beach,California than at Southsea.
I would rather ride a trials bike at Sequatchie,Tennessee than at Hawkstone Park
The USA is a great great place. Nature has been very kind to her
-
I think that is certainly one of the best looking trials bikes I have ever seen. Good job Future
Heres a few more options :-
-
I just knew someone would say something like that !
-
-
Well I wouldn't know myself but on TrialsPhotos.com, the rider is down as :- Keith Gardner At Mamore, 2006 Scottish Pre-65 Trial
So who is right?
The bit that is different is behind the head of Mike to the left. The image wasn't wide enough so I mirrored the hill. Because its behind his head I thought you wouldn't notice and it seems I was right
p.s. if you look closely, you can see the reversed image of the observer in black
-
Well you guys certainly know your stuff!
CorrectAll of you said SSDT Pre-65 which is of course correct..... But what year?
Here is the original picture - can you answer all the questions now?
-
Just for fun!
In Mike Rapleys header, I used a picture from a classic trial. Who is it and where and when was the picture taken?
For a bonus point - I modified the original picture. Can you tell me what shouldn't be there.
Nice and easy for most of you guys I bet !
-
Well done to Michael for the win.
Looks like both Michael Phillipson and Sam Haslam had great rides too. Well done guys
-
Yeah, good ol' Mother Nature. Whatever the climate can throw at her, she will adapt and deal with it Unfortunately though, the human race isn't so adaptable so we are all DOOMED
-
Tell me when you find someone who actually knows it
-
I know this has been said already but please put the details of the letter on here so we can read it. Just because he has made a complaint, that doesn't mean you have to stop. Damn bully boy tactics from councillors/officials is one of my pet hates.
One of the things with someone making a complaint about noise is to be considered a noise nuisance, the emission of noise would have to be shown to be unreasonable and effect him in a significant way. It's highly likely that under the circumstances you describe, this cannot be making a significant effect. So I think you can fight this successfully.
Like I said, post the details of the letter and then I can see if I can be of help.
-
-
That's why I didn't post a bigger picture of course
-
Is this is the one you mean?
There is quite a few Fantic babes out there.
Cool picture for your site
-
Ahh, but you just pretend to be a ****
-
Gaz, I started writing a reply to this then thought! B******s, I can't be a***d !
-
The obvious ones would be gearing and power delivery. Suspension stroke and performance tuned. Fuel capacity. Ground clearance. Strength
-
Sorta agree although adult sized competitive Electric trials bikes have a future I believe.( although a little heavy at the moment ElectricMoto ) They would be excellent for urban type trials and the like. They will come in time I am sure of that and I for one would welcome it
-
It proves that if this sport becomes as popular as many people believe it will, there is a market for a competitive hybrid machine . (No I dont mean trials bikes with seats varieties either)
-
Take a look at Shaun Morris doing some big splats
