  1. And you know the fridge in the limo should be at it's coldest setting and contain only Kristal Champagne. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Kristal Champagne - do you mean cristal Well Sir Andy - I was thinking of opening some of the Louis Roederer 1985 Vintage Cristal Champagne I have in the cellar ?

    3.2 4 Stroke?

I really loved the 4t when it was running, but like dixie, I could easily trash it with a hammer when it played up. Sherco need to get rid of the carb and go for fuel injection. The engine characteristics were spot on I thought and if they got it right they would have sold loads of them I reckon as its a 'proper' 4 stroke unlike the 4rt which is more like a hybrid although still a good bike in its own right(Disclamer ) I think this is the reason Scorpa are waiting so long before they release their 4T to make sure its right and not go the same way as Sherco and the 4t. Theres definately a market for fourstrokes but 2 strokes will continue to dominate unless legislation changes that. IMHO
  5. no post on here for sometime now from Mich Lin Has he gone forever
  6. Hawkstone last year was a new experience both for the Organisers and for Trials Central. It was a hectic weekend, but an overwhelming success from both their point of view and from mine. I'm currently working closely with the Organisers on making things bigger and better this year. Watch this space! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, i'm not spending all day behind the bbq this year!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Awwwwwwwwww Damn, you make fine burgers too Will you get Andy trained up then for this year?
  7. Make sections more flowing and not so technical maybe?. I strongly admire the skill on display by these guys but at Hawkstone the hill climbs were the ones I watched. You know what to expect from the technical ones so they dont have that level of excitement But watching them tackle the massive hill climbs was very exciting to watch I thought.(And the sound of the 4rt - sweet ) It must have been the case for most other people coz the area around sections 7 / 8 were heaving all day otherwise maybe limit the engine power of the machines to bring what they can do down closer to the masses to give more of the other riders a chance. just some thoughts

So, whats the chances of you lot clubbing together and getting Pat over to the UK for the indoor and outdoor at the IOW at least? We want to see him here You could get some real mileage out of the press saying "US kid takes on the Europeans and kicks ass" or summit - that should get most of the US contingent opening their wallets shouldnt it

Yes, please get him there. Could he also ride as a non scoring guest for the outdoor? similar to Gomez last year? Im sure something could be sorted for a bike also and some accomodation.
  15. Yup Either way, as long as a brit wins it thats the main thing
  16. good call, Cant discount Fujigas I reckon.Youth world champs , I think top brit will be Ross as he will be riding the full contingent of qualifying rounds including Japan and the US Team Danby on tour Unless Alexz can make them all of course.. then It would be either one of them too. Bit obvious I know

I have just received a DVD from Noel (Pat’s Dad) showing the skill and virtues of his trials prodigy son Pat. I didn’t know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. He has definitely got talent and could certainly hold his own on the European & World stage (A Class). In my humble opinion, you have got a potential world champ in the lad so if you want one, get behind him, Get him on a 125cc and get him on the European/World stage quick I will get some of the footage on here from the DVD as soon as I can..
  18. I can confirm that Trials Central, in the shape of me!, will be travelling south to cover the Breidden Hills opening round. Flights are booked and my lift (providing my goldfish-brain assistant doesn't forget by the time he's swam to the other end of the tank!), to and from the airport are sorted! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hehe , If you had to actually 'Work' for a living your'e brain might get a bit worn out now and then too THe Limo will be waiting at the airport.. Hello magazine have been informed
  19. I agree with the others, all this friendly banter between the teams is great theatre and helps get sponsorship. Its certainly nothing personal for sure. There is lots of youth talent out there and the more exposure they get the better.Keep the banter coming I say Oh, and you forgot to mention Team Danby & Team Wigg hehe p.s. I agree about Sam Haslam. Great rider and nice lad too. It would be good to see him get more exposure as well.
  20. You damn right! I reckon hes reading the stuff above and happy and contented that hes getting a bite.. I bet he is p***ing himself with laughther.. Believe me, a different approach is needed
