  1. Does anyone have an electronic copy of the regs please? Thanks.
  2. I've been thinking about this, what would happen if I just blocked the pipe that the fuel leaks from up? Would it flood the engine?
  3. CN must be unique then as all the others I;ve used will do it for just 14 days. I use ebikeinsurance, cheaper than CN.
  4. Cheapest way to do it is to RR it and then insure as any other bike TPF&T etc. The insures that deal with off-road bikes (i.e. the ones that advertise in TMX) will want around 10% of the bikes value for theft insurance alone. A bike worth
  5. Can anyone give me directions and/or a map for the Inverness trial at Drynie this Saturday please, thanks.
  6. Hi, I'm using Mozilla Firefox V2.0.0.1 and it keeps on crashing for some reason, does this happen to anyone else? Any ideas?
  7. Wow! What a response! I was a bit worried that my bike would be redundant but things are looking up! I don't move till the end of May so I've got a bit to go yet. I currently travel around 1.5 hours each way to a trial, sometimes more so that's no problem. Fenboy, I was looking at houses in Wisbech by the way. Essex Rider, like this sound of Thetford, is there any where else?
  8. I don't think there's that many. Did HL say 50 on another post?
  9. Old trials fanatic, I'm loving your posts, your humour is really making me smile!
  10. I'm moving to King's Lynn soon, are there any active clubs or riders in the area?
  11. As slow as you want as long as you're moving forward. When you stop moving forward you've stopped, therefore its a stop. One point about the No Stop Rule is that the sections don't need to be timed. How long can a rider be in a section for if he can stop? Long enough to change a throttle or something similar? A trial would last all day, its hard enough to get 100 riders through on No Stop. I would say the best rider is one who knows how to use all the tools, and when to use the right tool for the job. I've got loads of hammers in the garage, I don't use the biggest one for every job. Why? Because I know that on some jobs I'll do more damage than good. I recall a trial a few weeks ago when a pal of mine rode over a root by double-blipping. It caused dab for him, I suggested he just ride it as if it wasn't there, just lift the front a little. Guess what? A clean! Sure, the double-blip looks cool but as Ishy has said, these things can cause dabs, and a dab is a mistake I believe?
  12. Didn't get a ride I believe.
  13. This is an offer we should act on!
  14. I would speak to John Lampkin but if is the same as a Scorpa it should just push out. On my SY the bearing was really tight but after speaking to Birks he assured me that it would push out. I used a bearing press and pushed it the rod through a socket, the bearing was supported by the socket.

    Bit Like Work

    Cracking topic, thanks!
  16. It was said tongue in cheek fella.
  17. Shoei, best by far. Had a Hebo, it was dreadful, for me anyway.
  18. IMHO, RR is worht it because you can insure the bike (against theft mainly) with ease and its not too expensive.
  19. What? 30 mins from Inverness to the airport! That's 16 mph! Are you on drugs lad? Unlike you of course. 65 miles from Inverness to Fort William, yes you're right, I was way off guessing about an hour!
  20. Its all b's on the email I got.

  22. I know its off topic but this sounds interestin, could you expand on a new thread please?
  23. The bearing you are after is a 61905. I use a company called Midland Bearings.
