That's a sensible enough decision. She isn't capable at riding the WTC and the women's is to easy and not much of a challenge to her. I would be extremely surprised if she had parted company with Montesa HRC, I read somewhere she attracts more publicity than male Spanish trials riders.

Any news on what's happening to that likeable Spaniard Amos? There never seemed to a place for him with Montesa HRC after Doug moved on.

Looks a fairly standard 4RT and to think Cobo's career ended early due to injury. He certainly didn't mind punishing his joints for the benefit of TV.

He did brilliantly considering he was riding the heavier 4 stroke 450 compared to the lighter smaller 2 stroke machines. Early days but the lads doing well.

To be honest Lazenby is always a ****ty greasy horrible trial but its always good excercise just getting round and just what's needed after Christmas spent on the settee drinking lager and eating.

I applied for a competition licence to compete in Baja events in the UAE, as I have an ACU Trials Competition Licence the ATCUAE required a rider release letter from the ACU. I e-mailed the licence department in Rugby and got the necessary letter within hours. People are always quick to have a go at the ACU so its only fair that they deserve credit for giving such a good service to a member. On another note the cost of a ACU trials licence is a great dealer cheaper than a ATCUAE one. So well done the ACU.

Flight information is very important, I imagine a good number of people will make the trip from UK and no doubt a few from Europe as well.

It might seem very obvious, but a map of the venue, both locally and nationally, information on how to get there and where to stay. With only 4 months left people travelling will be wanting to look at booking.

whereas you couldn't improve on the trial, the burgers at Scarborough have gone well and truly downhill.

Check out the 2009 diary on Doug's website. As well as indoor enduro's there's also the Tough One, Ezberg and the Red Bull Romaniac's. As well as a full calendar of trials. If Doug's as fast on an Enduro bike as he is on a trials bike, then he won't be chasing anyone, they'll be chasing him.

The 450 BMW did well enough in the 2008 Red Bull Romaniacs, so I don't imagine for one minute that will handicap Knighter. But Doug on the Beta Enduro now that is of supreme interest.

The good news is that Doug will be riding the outdoor season on his Beta Evo as well as selected extreme enduro events.

They were there in January 08. They must have been deleted or archived.

I have used PJ1 Filter cleaner and filter spray without any problems. Currently using petrol and soap and water and shell filter spray for my KTM Enduro.
