    Clutch Problem...

    Before you do any thing take the master cylinder top off pull and hold the clutch lever in and look carefully to see if the fluid is comming back in the resevoir it is almost likely you have a score in the master cylinder

    Are bluetooth head sets allowed to be used in the adult british championship this year the book says yes
  4. Make sure the u tension spring what jon is talking about is located proprly in the clutch case there is a slot what it should locate in if it is not located right the spring will move round with the shaft and not pull the gear into mesh

    08 Raga 300cc Fan

    Earth out the white wire if the fan doesn't work then its probaly the regulator under the bottom yolk

    Gasgas Misfire

    Its the plug cap
  7. Get the bike warm then gently spay Wd 40 around the intake area with revs if the bike smokes you have a leak there if not then then carb wants setting up

    Frame Upgrade

    The fuel tank is slightly slimer where it fits in the frame but will fit (vice), mid box bottom and front bracket will have to be moved (altered), get yourself some 08 raga white plastics etc,not sure about ignition if yours is kukosan then no prob but you will need the cdi rubber strap i dont no if the ducati cdi etc will fit every thing else is the same, 4 a grand you have got yourself a cheap 08 raga and change the mag swinging arm cos they are crap
  11. Renew the mid box and rear pipe with an 03, 05 or later the 04 exhaust on the 125,200s are no crap then see how it runs

This is the best thing the ACU have done for years There should only be one set of rules the FIM rules baring the scott,scotish six day manx and classic etc At the first round of the YMSA Championship last year there was a vote on who wants FIM rules and every parent and rider put there hand up for this what does this say. The ymsa dont have stop watches on section they just have an overal time limit and there are no problems at all with this For this country to go forwards and bring the best out of our youth and to ride the same rules as the rest of the world this is briliant

    09 Gasser

    my lad is on his 16th 125 gasgas and he says his 08 raga (125) is the best bike by a long way he has ever riden it is so stable by the way the blue and white bikes are for the french market
  16. What black box did you replace was it the one on the fan cowl (rectifier) it wont be that one it is the one under the bottom yolk on the frame (regulator) the fan has a constant live to it all the time the thermo sender gives an earth

  21. Its the kick start idler gear it will have a chip or a dent in it
  22. 1st make sure you have got a feed from the resevoir to master cylinder (no kinks) Then make sure you have got a little bit of free play on pedal other wise the fluid from the resevoir gets cut off. Then crack off the banjo bolt on the master cylinder push down the pedal then tighten bolt then release pedal repeate this a few times until you are happy with no air. Then crack off banjo bolt on rear caliper push pedal down tighten bolt then release pedal do this until you are happy that there is no air. Then do the same at the bleed nipple.
  23. The sections were spot on nice and long and very demanding as they sould be. It was a very Good trial The fault with this trial and every youth British Championship trial are the rules if they run the FIM rule the same as the Adults with a 2 hour window to inspect the sections and a timed first lap set the B class off first then the A class there would be no queing.
