  7. Maybe.....maybe not. Differnt inlets? Maybe differnt exhaust . Other jets. If both are identical but have different hours, the exhaust could be gunged up...or not Why change them?

  10. 1st and second. Thats why 125s came with 11/53 and 156 ran 11/51 as std. The 156 gears are lower

  13. par for the course.... normally you can use the old ones---or are they bu%&er$d? Getting new ones turned is easy. Make the threads a little longer, say plus 1 mm and swage them over on the back...you must remove the hub first. If you have the old ones the swaging will have broken off...look for the metal bits and take them out...otherwise they will swim around in the gearbox which isnt good. I use the old ones and use permanent loctite. new ones (hubs) are not available, one on evil bay at the moment. i THINK 125 and 156 are the same HTH
  14. if oil came out then there is something wrong. The nitrogen chamber is less tha 1 cubic centimeter- Its there to comensate for when the oilk gets hot and expands.It is NOT conected to the oil. It is separated by a membrane- Your membrane must be AWOL. You dont actually need any nitrogen in them!

  19. The clutch was the difficult point on the k-roo. It will be difficult to impossible to bleed. The clutch should use brake fluid not oil unless somebody has changed the seals throughout. The problem was the slave piston which is naff. It can be stripped by taking of the side cover and removing the cylinder complete. Back in the day the works boys went back to the cable which means new engine cases, cos even the factory never got it to work!!!! Take off the take up cylinder and have a look. Speak to bill pye and he will ad his advice, if any. Take and post some piccies and post here and i will ask my mate "fritz pye" hahahaha. He was the german importer at the time and had 20 slave pistons made which did help. The k-koo led to fantics second bankrupcy filing......(1985 when the 300 was launched......with two shocks, 1991 k-roo time. The 3rd filing was 1997 and that was permanent..........) L

  21. MUST have been replated. I doubt a B piston in an E cylinder would even runwell when new Tolerance (diameter) Piston to bore should be 0,035mm when new 0,05mm will rattle a bit more than 0,07mm soulds like a rebuild. Size difference per letter is 0,01mm so could have been 0,065mm assuming both were new when assembled would sound like a bag of nails or a TY 250! hahahaha
  22. yes 156. The 205 is a great bike, why break it?? Two on ebay at the moment 650 and 900 start price The forward kicks all were derived from the first 212 motor in the 240 with changes. The 240 motor had small clutch basket and the LHS main was oiled from the gearbox. All later, incl. the 205 had big clutch and normal main lubrication.
