Being a 2 stroke water will most likely have got into the gearbox as well so would suggest draining and giving that a good swill out to. As for it not running still I don't think blowing electrics with an air line will fix them? But shall leave those suggestions to the more knowledgeable

Not something I have used yet as I bought some renthal grip glue but Mr. r2wtrials has highly recommended cycle puncture repair glue. And after a little thought it is pretty much the same stuff just much much cheaper

More oil I would agree with but surely 100:1 is a lot less? I would try 50:1 for about 3 full tanks then start working your way back too 75:1

When I rebuilt the top end on the '04 I asked Lampkins about torque settings for the cyclinder and head. The response was there aren't any from the factory but somewere in the region of..... I can't remember the figures but if you really want a figure rather than just using "feel" give em a shout on Monday. But like Bob said for the sump washer just nip it up enough then a tiny tiny bit more

Nothing, to be fair I offered them for free I don't mind that as I only take them for my enjoyment. The fact everyone else can easily enjoy them via the magic and speed of the internet is an added bonus. Lets face it I got the camera for Christmas and never really played with camera's much before hand so I really can't be asking for money!
