Leonelli Kill Switch Grease
I haven't pulled one apart so would not know for sure, however it is common to put it in blade connectors and other types of connectors and they work fine when assembled with the grease in them so I would guess that is the case.

You should be able to find dielectric grease of that type at most automotive parts stores.

Bike Choice Advice / Help / 2T Or 4T Etc. Etc.
I would agree that an 05 4RT would be fine for a returning novice. The trick would be if you are returning and where formerly a 2T rider it will feel very different and likely take a bit to adapt to differences. If you do get one read the Montesa section for hints and information on how to improve the 05 as it was the one I have seen the most comments on about updating/tweeting to make ride better.

4Rt Rear Shock C Spanner.
To get my shock adjusted correctly on my 07 4RT I opted to remove the air box. Was worth the easy of getting to the shock by doing so in my exp.

What Kinda Helmet Lid Do You Wear? Any Good Recommendation?
Looking to find any info on the Hebo Zone 4 EXTREME. Hoping for info on shape, fit, venting etc. I have an oval head, average face where between L and XL depending on the helmet. Just hoping I can find someone that might be able to tell me how it compares to other helmets they have owned. I am attempting to figure out if I should go with the Hebo or maybe get an Airoh TTR or the Hebo Zone 4 EXTREME... In the end I will likely get one of the two and I am leaning on the Hebo side because of price but that might not be the write choice... Thanks in advance.

Bike Choice Advice / Help / 2T Or 4T Etc. Etc.
FYI: I started on a Gas Gas 2006 TXT Pro 125 and was about 175lbs (80kg) at the time, it worked great and I love the little bike! My wife now rides it and I have a 4RT 250 that is perfect for me and I can make her 125 do almost everything the 4RT will with a little more clutch and throttle. Just my experience, hope it helps, and good luck.

4Rt Spark Problem?
My 07 starts fine in gear once it's wormed up. Little stubborn when cold but can be done.

Lightweight Boots.
Not sure witch ones are the lightest, however in comparison to my AlpineStars the Gaerne Pro-tech's are lighter...

4Rt Spark Problem?
It sound like you have a good idea there, fuel flow could well cause a symptom of this type. hope you get it sorted soon.

4Rt Spark Problem?
I was just thinking the fuel pump connection... Not likely but you could consider checking the bank angle sensor... Disconnect and bypass by connecting/shorting the 2 outside connectors together.

4 Ride. New Montesa Motorcycle For 2016
The X-ride is a good bike but having played on and X-ride and a Pampera the X-ride isn't as trials ish and over all not any better. I would love to try a 4 Ride to compare, I suspect I would like the 4 Ride better even with the gearing change over the X-ride not sure about it in comparison to the Pampera though. I love my 4RT so suspect I would at least like the motor on the 4 Ride better, but its about the total package so will not know tell I can get a ride on one.

Hm Seat/tank Extender 4Rt
Talked to someone with one abort it and the default is remove and pore, however we both believe if you wanted to do the siphon method it would be achievable only with a custom cap set up with a siphon hose and air vent to work.

Montesa 315R
Not sure on this on but often if the bike has never been updated from stock it would be lean on the idol jet. Also worth checking to see if it got a black slow throttle tube put on it? if so that could be most of your issue right there. I am not a 315 expert so just a few possible thoughts to consider.

Floater Turns
Have ok foot jab myself, could do better on the arm position, but I have had some time working on getting the hips turned and I do say much better results when I turn them as I should. Thanks!

Hopping The Front
I added the bicycle after the fact and yes I feel it has been helping me with my moto-trials. I will say there is a few things I have found that don't directly relate between the two but they still seem to be helping my blance and control so all and all I am happy I got the bicycle.

Hopping The Front
Good point, I practice on my trials bicycle and it helped my moto-trials hops a bunch... Both front and rear hops.

Floater Turns
I know I can float it but not a tight one, I think I too may have been less aggressive on the hips as I need to be. Though I thought I had my hips correct I likely was not as close to what should be done as it seemed. Sounds like get the wife to take some video and review in comparison to the above... Thanks!

Floater Turns
Sounds like your in my neck of th woods no this one, hope we get a good post to help us out.

Hopping The Front
Not saying I am great at it but for me I found when I pull on the right handle I go right and the left handle I go left. I do some times pull to hard and take a dab or have to pull left to keep from a dab. Won't claim that's the correct way to do it...
