Gas Gas Oil Quantity In Mls Rather Than Measurement
The basics are you need heavier springs for your weight. Measuring is the correct method. Quantity would only work if the forks were completely disassembled and dry. Good luck and remember you want it to work together front and rear. Also it is possible that you have cranked up the rear shock too tight, causing the front too dip.

Tools
When out for a short ride or loop, I always carry a spare plug, plug wrench, small adjustable wrench, 4,5,6 hex wrenches, combo screwdriver, small roll of wire and pliers. Water, T-paper and now a days my cell.

Are The Bigger Evo's Harder To Start?
A good running Beta has always started easier than a gasser, all the way back to the 80`s. But watch that kicker, (Beta) every so often it bites back.

Oko Carb For The Tlr200
The American reflex the carb top is part of the throttle cable. For what ever he does, he will have to buy a cable.

Domino Slow Throttle
The Domino black tube throttle is used by most to slow down the power. If you still have the original carb there is no point changing until you plan to strip the bike down to trials only. I know you are trying so hard to get it right, but not all things work on the street version. In your case you need either a new carb and cable. ( The original cable is unavailable as it includes the carb top) Or maybe use an aftermarket cable for an xr100/200. Good luck and keep up the questions. You might get more response if you just made this one thread about your build and search for the right parts which people might help more.

Sy250R Gearbox Fault, Video Attached
You have to pull it a part. You can`t second guess other wise. Very strange, has to be a bearing or case problem.(Bearing spinning in the case.)

Beta Zero Questions.
I repaired one with JB weld, it lasted more than ten years and then the bike vanished from our club.

The plastic throttle tube wears also.

Beta Zero Questions.
The corrosion is not on the cover, but the inside case. Cleaner will not bring back the pads. High heat sometimes will work.

Worst Observing Ever Seen
Shame on them. Rules are rules. Trials is always been based on rules. Scoring the current rules is no different from the past. The problem is the larger the crowd, the more a scorer can be swayed. The best 5 I scored last year was a marker Raga kicked to the air. He made it back to me running down the hill just as the marker hit the ground. He screamed `no fair, no fair` till the moment he saw it hit the ground. By the way Raga was the best rider on my section that weekend.

Beta Zero Questions.
The `92 was a great bike. For whatever reason you have a `90 rear hub. The rear brake sucked and there is a rubber rebuild kit that needed replaced often. Before anything else I would pull off the water pump cover as they had a severe corrosion issue. Might also check the skid plate bolts.

Gas Gas Txt Raga 300 Gearbox Oil Coming Out Of Breather Pipe
I have seen this before. I had a strange one last week. Pouring rain I revved a Raga to the moon before a large rock. (30 ft high, 50 ft long) Cleaned the section, just as I started to ride the next section I realized I blew out all the oil. None came out the over flow. I had blown the gasket at the top of the clutch cover completely out. Lazy me has not looked yet as I have all the parts on hand. Vent was clear. (First thing that confused me) Now I`m wondering if the hole through the clutch bolt had plugged up?

Anyone Had This Exhaust Problem?
A new muffler is expensive. Just re-drill a couple holes. Use silicone during fitment and rivets. Very simple fix.

That transmission will not shift partially assembled. Neutral is located on the shift drum by the spring tension roller. Did you check too make sure the forks are straight? You can put the forks back to back on the same shaft to check. Good luck.

This is an example. The picture on the left is a good `03 shaft. The broken one in the middle and the one on the right are not compatible as the pawl will not interchange. All three are different.
