What cc is that engine ?

I have an engine-less 2000 sherco 125 sitting here, I keep telling my self ill find a TLR200 engine to go in it, but In reality it's never going to happen I suppose....

It's crazy I tell you, I mean , they give you all the other tools you might need , but not a plug spanner ? Then they have the cheek to give you a bl***y bottle opener, WHAT! So then gents, why is this ? Are KTM trying to promote alcohol or what ? And to top it off, a normal plug socket won't even fit in the hole ! How daft are the people that design these bikes! They can't even make the bash plates on time. (2008 EXC250F)

Oh aye, so you were. I'm gutted about the fosters being canceled, I was hoping to run the TLR in as I was following my dad round. Will have to wait till Colwyn next sunday now. Cheers, HTLR.

Funny you should say that:

My dad rides a sherco 290, I ride a TLR200, he is a good rider and most weekends, on the same route as him ( middle) I am usually 10-30 dabs behind him, which isn't a lot really considering my bike is around 18 years old.

Where can I get 2 new valves for a TLR200? I have been waiting weeks for G.F. mc to try and get me some but they don't seem able to get them. Cheers, Jamie.s.

Hi, I'm going to be making a twin pipe exhaust for my TLR200, IE an out let either side. Now then has anyone on here done this ? I have seen a bike on a website that has one and it looks quite good. But my main question is , if college haven't got a pipe bender where could I get one to bend the two bits of pipe? And roughly how much would one cost ? Here is a quick drawing of the way I was planning to do it, does it seem ok ? I was thinking of using an old car exhaust with the ends plated and welded (the long bit of a car exhaust, not the silencer) for the "collector box" and I have some pipe here for the out lets, If I bent it round the inside of the shocker and then had it going to where the frame arms stop would it work ?

Well, I just happened to be talking to my dad about the legend that is Eddie Lejeune and he said to me "one min" and walked out the room , he came back with 30 odd pictures that he took of the SSDT in 1982, up until now I had never seen any of these pictures !
