"Fixing" a price would be when all the manufactures agree not to sell below a certain price, this is their MRR and their sticking to it. Take it or leave it.
-
Bosch, I think. Still looking.
-
Don't be surprised if they appear to leak a little first time out. What weight of springs did u go for, 50lbs ?
-
Trouble is, BF will probably get another the same !
-
Got to be, otherwise it would fall out ......oh, it did.
You going tomorrow Craig ?
-
Depends how long your boots are, taller riders boots stop well short of the knees.
You might not have rocks, but you can really hurt yourself hitting the footrest.
-
Air cooled Aprilias don't have a weight on clutch side either.
-
Defiantly shin and knee protection, mountain bike type gear is worth looking at .
-
Resurrection time - just weighted a 240 climber flywheel - 4kg !!!
-
Reginald, if you look at the top left corner you will see your mail, open it !!

Manifold turned up today, as Martin said was for a Bing carb so larger diameter, (both ends and centre) could be made to fit, but not really worth the effort. Back to the drawing board / e bay.
-
Hi Reginald, I was riding mine yesterday day to, thoroughly enjoyed it.
I was thinking of a ring, outside diameter to suit New manifold, but inside undersized by a few thou, heat and fit over carb.
-
Hasn't arrived yet, but sure I can have an adaptor made up in alloy and shrink fit it to the carb.
-
Will do, I've got a second hand one coming from a military bike, soon as its here and compared I will come back to you.
-
Hi Ian, sounds like a "normal" SWM clutch, I usually pull the lever and hold before selecting gear.
You can use a climber case, though you will have to remove a bit of a fin to get it to fit..
-
A genuine clutch cable has built in o rings, quality silicon works.
-
-
Also clean main jet as we talked about (another M M tip of the day)

By the way, I didn't drop 10 on Sunday !

Lengthy of arm is limited by the strengthening webs in the casing, it will become obvious when you get in there. Springs are fully compressed, rates are in the piece you have read. Lever and cable are very important.
-
Has anyone found an alternative coil for climbers
Or is there an aftermarket system ?
Thanks, Ross

Another way worth trying (M Matthews) is turn the complete fork upside down, compress and loosen.
