Depends on how deep the grooves are. Minor clean disc with some wet/dry fine grit sandpaper, I soaked the paper with WD-40 when I cleaned mine up. New pads will "Bed in" eventually. Deep grooves pitch it and get a new disc.- Any Dell Computer Specialists On?

She is mighty rounded at the end for sure. Was a little strapped for cash as I think this last rear has been on for 3 yrs. Like I said I am mighty cheap. But planning on new rear and front this year!!!!!!!!- Trials Tyres
I generally run Dunlops, and get 2 years out of a rear and god only knows how many years out of a front. This is not because I don't ride very often, it's just that I am very cheap and run my rear one direction the first year and then flip it for the second year. (I do notice a bit of loss of traction toward the end of the season though.)- Happy New Year
Well, I crawled out of bed at noon (my time) on New Years day. so that means my New Year's Eve was a success. Happy New Year to all, and may 2010 be great for all economies and riding.- Sherpa In Action
