I had a long talk with a Current Gas Gas dealer in the uk just last week, KTM have not communicated with him at all. As above there are currently no 2020 bikes available for reasons only known to KTM europe. Gas Gas as a brand of trials bikes will survive, if they produce bikes to sell under a model which works for the other brands. As a poi and already stated in his press release JST trials is no longer the importer of Gas Gas Trials motorcycles into the uk. I for one will be happy to buy another as soon as I can, and reiterate Dans words above.

Adam may remove weights, toni could have weights in his airbox etc etc. AFAIK there has NEVER been an IN competition weight check so its all a farce anyway.

Sam haslam has swapped to montesa for qite different reasons. Jack Price is wtc so needs financial support from the factory more than anything. I think youre reading more into these two than there actually is.

The two farmers i know that have trials bikes both have 4rts, for reliability and quality as they dont touch them mostly and its tax deductable anyway so cost would be secondary ragardless.

All achievable with lower cc 2t, and you always have the problem of image which is often more important to children? Without a doubt a cheap 4t has advantages but this aint that cheap?

not as much grip with a tube in it, but that shouldnt bother most.

ive had 7 airohs and none have rusted. I would reccomend that you try helmets more than any item BEFORE you buy as everybodys head is a different shape and size and whilst one make will fit just right its not always goldilocks.

yes id call that strong mid range and poor running up to 1/4 throttle. (not snappy and most 250s jetting will be close anyway?)

My mate had exactly the same problem and he was an accomplished rider. I will ask him if it was a 2011, if so it was the ignition being kokusan or not cant remember, give me a day.

especially on a 250 swapping isnt good....
