2019 clutch has a series of holes, 1 2 or 3,once cover is off easy to see what to do.

tickover and needle positions need to be se to suit where you are fuel youre using etc. Competent person needs to do this.

Tickover, you start with no throttle. just a thought where did the spark plug come from?

thats clearly over 17 years ago and i respectfully suggest times have chaanged and would he still be in business if this was typical? I have nothing but praise for them whenever warranty has been an issue, im on my tenth and had two "relatively" minor issues sorted foc.
I understand the position you take, and i did a smilar thing with makita tools in 1988 where i felt short changed by a warranty item and havent bought a single tool of theirs since.

was ever thus, gomez gave up when he couldnt get a deal way back, Challoner wigg and gubian all won 125 and self funded for a few years but never got much support.
jake Miller started to "encourage" manufacturer support in lower classes but im not sure where thats at now. If a manufacturers championship meant all 3 routes were equally given points things would change over night.

Bradford always used to supply observers. If you do get selected bear in mind its a British Round with British riders trying to do well and they can always do with the benefit of the doubt, whereas Johnny foreigner on the other hand..........when in rome etc etc.
