Anyone else see this just before 7 on Friday night. Was a good few minutes long and had interviews with Lampkin and one of the organisers. Also mentioned that Trials is the cheapest form of motorsport and described what its all about. Well done BBC 1 Scotland.

I know the indoors is different but have we seen the end of the older generation of riders? Doug and Fuji are clearly never gonna get a WTC title indoors, but outdoors is it past them aswell? And raga most would agree the bike advantage handed him the title in 2005, but is 2006 different for outdoors? Bou to win o/s this year?

Are we seeing of the beginning of the end of Bou's domination at top level?

OK, flights and ticket booked. Where is the best (most convenient) place to stay? Is it walking distance from the arena ro the city centre? Who else is off to watch?

Why! myself and 11 others are travelling from Fort William to belfast and i get a phone call today to tell me the organisers have changed it from saturday to Friday and tho its still possible we'll make it with flight times etc surely its a bit late in the day to change. We have young children travelling with us and im sure the rushing about will please them no end.

does anyone know when belfast world round is on eurosport i have watched every other one and dont wonna miss this one cheers!

Might have an opportunity to go to the Belgian WTC round in Sept. Anyone know where I might be able to get specifics as to exact location, etc.? Thanks for any info.

has the venue that is being used next week for the final round of the world championship been used before for such an event. had a look on a couple of world trials vids but could not find it. if it has can anyone remember the year so i no which video to watch. just curious to see what terrain it is. cheers

Montesa HRC's 2007 team must be the strongest factory team, but arguably the Lampkin, Fujigas, Freixa team that finished 1 - 2 - 3 in 2003 was the best factory team ever, or was it?

OK, so on this side of the world it's might difficult to watch world rounds (I nearly made it to last years UK round and missed out on this years Japanese round by a week) but everytime th US hosts a round I get the impression it's the best package on the circuit. A knowledgable but unbiased crowd, best sections, best atmosphere etc. Added to this is that the teams don't rush packing up but hang around a bit. What do the regular fans think?

Just wondering what with the montesa 300 dominating in Trial2 this year against the 250 2t's... then will Beta be looking at putting someone competitive on their 300 4t for some great exposure potential. I would think that if needed, a little tuning with the carb and engine compression on the Evo factory model could make it competitive at T2 and/or national championship level.

With mr casalas up the road to vertigo what are beta going to do for a top line gp rider? Surely a brand that probably sells more bikes than any other must need a rider to be knocking on the door of top 5?

Reading Jake Miller's article on page 4 of this weeks T&MX got me thinking. Does anyone know of any bookies were you can have a bet on the WTC? I might even have a bet on a Watford v Blackburn FA Cup Final. Oh sorry I forgot its been fixed by the FA for a Chelski v Man Utd final. I'm not bitter, honest.......

What a farce... the alleged "no-stop" world championship rules are NEVER enforced, yet for some freaky reason, an observer suddenly remembers that it is meant to be no-stop... so he docks Billy a "5" and then conveniently returns to normal mode and lets others stop... pathetic! Just watch Bou... he "stops" as often as any rider yet he is given special treatment and never gets docked a "5" for blatant halts and even reverses!!. Furthermore, in Japan this weekend, his minder was clearly seen pouring water onto a muddy rock to wash it off so "the special one" can gain an advantage though the section.
