Due to a date clash with the Hawkstone International MX and sharing access roads with 10-15000 MX fans, the trial at Morgans Coppice Farm on Sunday 4th March is now cancelled.

I am entered in the Bewdley round of the Midland Centre Group trials Championship at Mamble Farm on Sunday. I was wondering if anyone had heard if it, or for that fact any other trials have been officially cancelled to to the Snow?

Having just returned batered and bruised, but not dishartened from the French 4 Day trial held by the St Christophe ATC in Sardent, I have to say that the french have got it spot on. The organisation, route marking, section layout and facilities were second to none and would not be put off again by the 18 hour journey to get there. We travelled in an N Reg sprinter!!! Their attitude to motorsport in general is completely different to the UK, " it is more popular than football" I was informed one late evening while sharing a beer or two with the locals. Whole families were present at each section to witness, observe and cheer on the hearty souls who dared to take on all …

Hi guys, I`m planning on going to the Tweed Valley Trial on Sunday and was wondering what to expect compared to the north east trials. I normally ride the easy route, but I have been told that their trials are easier. Not sure if that person was pulling my leg or not. Anyone had any experience of both ?

Had an excellent day on Sunday and despite dropping too many (as usual), written it up here (hungerstone.net) thanks to the observers and the Mansfield Maun club, who know how to run a good trial.

Details now on the front page but in case anyone doesn't read the front page, here they are again: On 17th June, South Birmingham Club are running the twinshock solo team trial. In addition to the twinshocks, the event will also incorporate two additional classes. Following the cancellation of the Pre70 team trial in Cornwall, a class has been added for club entered teams for Pre70 British solo bikes and there will also be a class for modern sidecar teams. Anyone can submit a team, so it is an ideal opportunity to get together with a bunch of mates and have yourself a ride in some excellent trials country. The course will include roadwork and be on the Clee Hill, which …

The entry list is out for the Union Jack Classic trial run by the Stratford-Upon-Avon Club on Sunday. Scottish Classic winner Neil Gaunt is a hot favourite but he will have stiff opposition from a field of very experienced competitors including, Mick Ash, Jon Bliss, Peter Salt, Steve Clarke, Nic Draper, Martyn Goodall and a numer of others. Also look out for some good trail bike riders who might just take the win, Honda mounted Keith Wells and Dave Eeles always go well in this event. The route takes in some excellent trials riding terrain and covers 35 miles and 35 sections. A bumper entry of 102 riders will start two per minute at 9.30 from Downs farm near Bourton-on…

The Stratford-Upon-Avon Club are running a round of the Sammy Miller classic trials championship on 17th May 2009 starting at Downs Farm near Bourton-on-the-Hill in the Cotswolds. The route of the Union Jack trial has been shortened to just 26 miles this year following comments that a longer route discourages many of the smaller classic machines from entering. With classes for a wide variety of classic machines including sidecars, the trial will still still visit all the favourite groups such as Dovedale, Scarborough Farm, Saintbury Quarry and Weston Wood. There will also be a return to Top Farm for the popular lunch stop mid way through the day. Sidecars will start …
