Is there a service manual online for the Vertigo bikes? I've only found the sparse owners manuals and the parts books.

Hi Everyone, 2019 Vertical R and the in-tank fuel filter was a bit dirty (to say the least) Any recommendations for cleaning the injector? Will it be a problem? Does anyone use any additives successfully? Cheers

Hello, I just registered since I am the new owner of a Fajardo vertigo replica 300. First of all forgive my English, I write from Spain with the help of a translator. My previous bike was a beta 300 2012, and the change to the new one has been great. Especially a great jump in brakes and suspensions. What has me a little annoying, are the continuous blows in the lower area of the bike, going through the same places that passed without problem with the beta with the vertigo hitting the basses. In a couple of days I already have enough rock marks all over the ground, and even one on the swingarm, which with the beta was much less usual. Do you als…

  7. Hi, this is Ryder living in South Korea. During maintenance, I found out that the rear swing arm fixing bolt was cut off. So I want to know if I can separate the side frames. Thank you in advance. It's translated into a translator application, so I understand if there's a wrong sentence.

Hi, in the exploded view u can see part 12 and it seems to me that the piece with the nut is on the inside. On my bike it does not fit that way, only with the nut on the outside to get enough clearance for the brake lever. Anyone has an (2016) that can have a look ? Also there is a "powerbox" in the front under the air filter. According the drawings it is in a rubber grommet. I assume it is a bit confusing and must be the grommet of the ECU. So is the powerbox in a rubber grommet ?

Doing larger job, so many questions. While connecting coolant hoses I got confused of the flow direction. If the arrow on the pump is right the flow is opposite to the thermosyphon principal. Anybody haves an idea why they have done this ?

Hi, After having gone through the whole forum (if memory serves), and exhausted other channels, I have two questions regarding a 2020 250 Vertical: 1: how does a person determine the correct fill level for the coolant? 2: does anyone have a chart of ambient temperature versus ohms resistance for the sensor mounted to the air box? Thanks for all replies S.

So I'm starting to notice that when the bike is warm, on starting it it wants to, and sometimes does, stall immediately after starting if you give it a bit of throttle. It acts like a lean bog from a carb bike. It seems to be less an issue if it gets a really good kick to restart it, and/or you immediately give it a blip as it's firing. Anyone else know what I'm talking about here, or am I special?

  16. Hi. I'm a user living in South Korea. The RPM suddenly became unstable. I changed the 9v battery to a new one, but it just says that the battery is weak and it doesn't start. If I connect the external power, the engine will start. The RFM is unstable. If you turn off the external power, the engine will turn off. It's because of the negative electrode. Is it because of this? I don't remember where the cathode paper was. I'd like to know where to connect.

  17. 2016 300, with the updated 2018? "battery less" ignition, starts and runs 1st kick when adding a 12 volt source, no spark, no fuel pump without 12 volts added, when running at 1800-2000 rpm its charging at 14.4 volts, just seems to not be creating enough electricity for starting requirements.. Help!

I'm new here and have just bought a used 2019 Vertigo Combat Vertical 250cc. I'm about to change the oil in both front forks, but I'm a bit unsure about the correct oil level. In the service manual for the bike, it says the oil level should be 130 mm in both forks. However, in the service manual for the forks — which are Tech Suspension — it states that the level should be 130 mm in the left fork and 75 mm in the right. Which one should I trust?
