Vertigo

Hi. I'm a user living in South Korea. The RPM suddenly became unstable. I changed the 9v battery to a new one, but it just says that the battery is weak and it doesn't start. If I connect the external power, the engine will start. The RFM is unstable. If you turn off the external power, the engine will turn off. It's because of the negative electrode. Is it because of this? I don't remember where the cathode paper was. I'd like to know where to connect.

It as a 10T on the front, 42T on the rear, what do you guys use tooth wise? it was my first ride today and it was a little high geared! your input would be most welcome. Thanks in advance

Where can I buy a rear shock protector (rubber flap type) for my 2020 300c Dougie Lampkin vertigo? Or what do you use? Please advice,, Im new to trials. Thanks in advance

Will Vertigo introduce an electric start model in 2022?

so bought a combat 300 and it seems a pig to start not at all like the description on vertigo uk website plus the kick start seems to have a very short throw and turns past 90 degrees when positioning for a kick so your foot slips off at the bottom of the stroke ! any advice on starting would be welcome i did have a 06 gasgas that you had to surprise to get it to start lol

Doing larger job, so many questions. While connecting coolant hoses I got confused of the flow direction. If the arrow on the pump is right the flow is opposite to the thermosyphon principal. Anybody haves an idea why they have done this ?

Hi, in the exploded view u can see part 12 and it seems to me that the piece with the nut is on the inside. On my bike it does not fit that way, only with the nut on the outside to get enough clearance for the brake lever. Anyone has an (2016) that can have a look ? Also there is a "powerbox" in the front under the air filter. According the drawings it is in a rubber grommet. I assume it is a bit confusing and must be the grommet of the ECU. So is the powerbox in a rubber grommet ?

Hi I have a vertigo nitro 250. I stepped down from a 280 trs and found the bottom end to be a bit too soft for my liking. I have been playing around with the get ecu tuning, more fueling off the bottom seem to help a bit but I'd like a bit more power. I'm wondering if advancing the ignition timing off the bottom would help? But I'm worried about messing with it too much. Other alternatives I'm assuming could be adding a high compression head? Has anyone tired this? Hoping to get some suggestions. Thanks!

been looking for a new to me trials bike and spotted a vertigo nearby just concerned its had a new piston for some reason ! is it common for a four year old bike to need a piston or should alarm bells be ringing ???? cheers for any reply's and insights

Hi all, I snapped a link on my Regina chain on my DL12. I bought a 120 link RK 529 MXU chain and figured I could cut it down. However I can't find a half link for this chain or a rivet/master link (as the Vertigo needs it a 103 link chain it appears) I'm going to return the RK chain but before I buy a new Regina 103 link chain, does anyone know where you can get a master link/rivet link for a Regina 520 chain? I figure I'll just fix this one. I've currently bodge it by pushing a rivet pin out, putting a new half link in and pushing the old pin in. But this has of course created a stiff link. All …

Im looking into buying a vertigo 250cc. there seems to be so many…. combats , busso’s. The R2 which i believe is 2020. Then R3 which is 2021. The DL12.. then the Works an so on. I'm looking to by something newish, thst isnt to much for my clubman type/ non expert riding style. I cant seem to find out models in order of there range. For instance trs.. there lower end model is 250 r then 250 rr, onto 250 gold being there more expert pro rider type. any help on models would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I know how to adjust carb, but there is no idle screw on Vertigo 🙄 Idle speed is to low and it is stall regularly

Is there a service manual online for the Vertigo bikes? I've only found the sparse owners manuals and the parts books.

I have been working on my sons 2018 R3 and having issues getting the kick starter gear reinstalled. I have no doubt the answer is right in front of me but I can’t figure it out. When I install it the Kickstarter won’t spring back. I have looked at it several times and can see how I’m installing it wrong. I have attached a few photos for someone to probably point out the obvious……maybe I’m just tired. Thank you in advance .

Hi, After having gone through the whole forum (if memory serves), and exhausted other channels, I have two questions regarding a 2020 250 Vertical: 1: how does a person determine the correct fill level for the coolant? 2: does anyone have a chart of ambient temperature versus ohms resistance for the sensor mounted to the air box? hello, I have a vertigo replica Fajardo 300. I had problems with the crankshaft bearings, and since I changed them, my motorcycle when it wants it does not have a spark in the spark plug when it is hot. In motion it never stops, but when trying to start when it seems to it, it does not spark. any ideas to look at?

Hi there, does anyone have any experience about this bike, how it rides, reliability, ease of maintenance. I have always ridden a Beta Evo 250 and quite fancy a change. I haven't noticed any used one's for sale yet, have many of this model been sold in the U.K. ?, Thanks in advance for your help.
