We run the carbon ones, you have to cut a couple of bits out of the bottom for a good fit but well worth it, have saved us a few quid on forks thats for sure.
My 17 year old son has a sherco 200 04 & gets on well with it, i have suggested to him on a few occasions that maybe it's time to move up to a 290 but he assures me its got plenty of power (only mod is a kehin carb)
Cheers for answer, got 2 boys who both use mx pads, coz they are a bit bulky i thought i'd see if they made pads that just cover the knee (no shin pad).
