Tong 2017 Cancelled ?
Watched him yesterday on S13 lap 2 - a real snotty mud section an Bou fived at the mud bank, a real natural bit of the whole section, where as Fujigas got through the section for 1 (but Dibs/cabestany/busto did 5 it) and I think Gubian cleaned it Watching Bou, he was awesome on the man made stuff, but looked average on the ordinary stuff I wish he'd go to Reeth in October on a rainy day

Tong 2017 Cancelled ?
Hmmm I went yesterday for the first time and concur with you Some great riders - especially on 125's Venue - not great for me and I much prefer Reeth or Clachaig and that is a proper trial

Tong 2017 Cancelled ?
Yep - Time for the ACU to take it back to basics - Brit style !!! I haven't been to a GP Trial for years I live 40 miles from Tong and now with my ACU card can get in free on Sunday - helluva incentive But will I go? Not sure iF if was at Raydale Farm Marsett, like the 1983 round I'd be up there like a shot and not even care about paying

Any 5's for a stop would be controversial though Great opportunity for those wanting to do it though

315r to 4rt ?
Prefer my 4RT, had them since 2007 and moved over from a 2004, last of the bunch 2004 model 315 Never got on with the 315R, really and much preferred the TYZ to the 315, better motor for a clubman is the TYZ Go for it

Beta evo 250 2017 second hand good idea??
Just get it I saw James riding it this year and he just floated over the rocks I wouldn't be worried about buying an ex James Lampkin SSDT bike, but I would worry about buying an clubman rider's bike who had lost 300 marks in the SSDT and crashed into a lot of rocks

River Crossings on the 4 Ride
Couple of lads I know with them and they've done Wales ok, Even on my XR400 I try to avoid deep water, if at all possible I think if there is a deep river you can try an alternative route or just launch bank to bank in Bou style

Sidewall puncture

Twin Shock or Win Shock?
Beamish Suzuki because they just look the best and were part British
-
Best ride in the Scottish: Tom Minta
They sure did - they do look like tanks compared to the 2T's in the sections

Win No11 for Dougie
Cabby does everything for free Didn't you know ?
-
Win No11 for Dougie
Doug was stunning all week To post clean all week is some feat and then just 1 Dab on the last day It must be hard for the top 10 riders to see Doug recording zero's for 5 days and think how can I beat him, when they are riding the best they can He gave it so much, I saw him fall off out of the section, further up the hill on Monday he was so exhausted after getting the bike out of section clean Supreme effort to beat youngsters half his age
-
Win No11 for Dougie
Looks like Doug has won his 11th SSDT, with one mark dropped on 180 sections Very well done and top job from the Trials legend
-
lost it ?
I can vouch for both those claims, Witch's Burn was thronged today Cracking Trials spectacle and has to be the event of any trials fans year
