Check for cracks in the headstock gusset plates, it was common on the early ones.

Don't ride in short pants?If it's over-revved, I would check the woodruff key on the ignition. They have a habit of shearing! 120psi is about right for a two-stroke 👍When I had a Berlingo, I put one inside and one on the back with a DC bike rack.
