  3. Check for cracks in the headstock gusset plates, it was common on the early ones.

  7. If it's over-revved, I would check the woodruff key on the ignition. They have a habit of shearing! 120psi is about right for a two-stroke 👍
  8. When I had a Berlingo, I put one inside and one on the back with a DC bike rack. It worked well 🙂
  9. I've measured two sets of RL forks and they are both 34.91mm with -0.01mm difference top to bottom

  11. I’ve never ground fork stations, but they would have to be accurate to avoid issues with fit tolerances in the slider bushes
  12. Not where I worked, we worked to microns (+/- 0.002mm)!

  19. It seemed a good show, but a bit pricey? £16 entry & 4.50 to park, quite a lot for a Autojumble, didn’t seem a lot of bikes on show!
  20. I've got 2 front and 3 rears, seems a shame to just dump them.
  21. Does anyone know if inner tubes have a shelf life? I’ve just found a few new boxed ones from the 90’s are they any good? They look ok, boxes are a bit tatty!
  22. Restoring bikes is fun, but you will need a set of deep pockets
