Splitting Villiers Crank
You need a press, some centres and a lead mallet to true it up I use a 6 tonne press, it does the job ok but does struggle on more modern cranks

Cylinder repair
if its below the piston rings you can drill a small hole at the top of the crack to stop if getting worse I've done this on a few cylinders and its lasted years. Not my preferred method, but it does seem to work.

Undersize fork seals
I wouldn't have fitted them normally, I just presumed they were correct. It was only after I looked at the old ones I noticed the size difference ?
-
Undersize fork seals
I recently changed the seals on txt pro but the od of the seals supplied are undersize. They seemed to fit ok The od should have been 52.2mm but the ones supplied are 52.0mm, they don’t seem to be leaking but I’ve not done a trial yet! Anyone else had this issue, I don’t fancy wasting the oil to change them
