You need it anchored to the floor, or they will just carry it off and load it in a van! Unfortunately I speak with experience And an alarm if possible, even the cheapo ebay shed alarms are better than nothing!

I have a pair of boots and the upper leather has gone very thin around the gear-change area, anyone else had this problem? I was thinking of gluing a leather patch on top?

Yes, hard chrome plated. but I think the plates are mild steel.

yes, sounds like a good idea. I may also see if I can get a cheap old frame and spray it rather than chrome it!

that's how mine started, then the buckle developed a very fine crack The chrome is perfect on this frame, it seems such a shame to weld!

Does it smoke (a lot) all the time or just after a blast, may just be oil in the exhaust? if it was the gasket it would suspect it would empty the gearbox rather quickly!

Don't worry about finding neutral, its never been easy on a GG most riders use there hand!

Don’t worry about it too much, it probably won’t last long but just use the bike until it starts smoking again At least you will know whats wrong when it does
