the 4rt problem was on 05s and had a recall under warranty . it was a bolt not a casing

is the exhaust leaking at the joint? check it ,if it is it will do it when shutting off. have you recently taken out the restrictors?

your reading them wrong im afraid , hl isnt zeros it is the power map on that disc. 250 is the std map all zeros, ex is exh restictors , ha is altitude,ml is the soft one. if you read the manual it tells you
