I was chatting to a friend of mine when he came up with an idea, just wondering what your thoughts on it are. The idea is this: To save time at timed trials (i.e. SSDT) could fitting a tube but not pulling the valve through and still running the tyre as a tubeless one work. If you got a puncture, or similar problem all you'd need to do is get rid of the old valve, pull the new tube valve through and pump it up. What do you all think?

If you've only one bike to carry then go the bike rack way for sure. They are way easier to use than a trailer and you're not restricted speed wise. Plus, put the number board on the back seat then if a camera flashes you it won't get your number. If a copper stops about the missing number board just act dumb and say you forgot to fit it and you'll do it straight away officer

Why not just ring Sandifords and send a cheque? Or get a credit card? Debit is really popular just now, all the rage apparently!

Perce is spot on with wiggle, also chain reaction. Mountain biking kit is far superior than trials gear, I use moutain bike gloves and they are lasting much longer than the Hebo pairs I've had before.

If you don't like trials gear then go for motorcross, its much loser. Apart from the all-in-one suits its only the trousers that are tight. This is a trend in a lot of active sports, running, climbing, hillwalking. I have used both baggy MX stuff and the "tight" trials pants. I prefer the trials gear. its warm when its cold and cool when its warm. I never got on with the MX trousers. Just didn't like the fit and baggy-ness of them.

I think the Silver frame looks better than the blue, have to say though; I prefer the black/graphite frame on the '03's. Not just because mine's an '03, just think it looks better. I've heard from sources close to Scorpa that, in a similar way to the tyre pressure, the bike comes with user defined fuel tank quantity from manufacture. Radical eh? The bike also comes with a state of the art immobiliser system. There is a switch located on the right hand side just forward and lower than the kickstart recess on the tank. Turn the switch to the position marked "off" and the bike will cease to run or start. Apparently, they've managed to fit this device with no weight gain to the bike! How things are progressing eh?

What about Cagiva, BSA, Francis Barnett, Dot, Greaves, Matchless, to name just a few.

What make is the throttle? I was led to believe that the Domino ones should never be lubed. Any grease etc will only attract grit/dirt and once its there its no longer a simple case of blowing it away, it will stick in the throttle assembly like a bogey sticks to yer finger!

Seem to remember the same sort of thing happened. I payed for the goods and then heard nothing but the stuff arrived around 2 weeks later. I never sent an e mail to ask but before buying the goods I did send one asking how much P & P would be, I got a swift response from that, within 24 hours if I remember right.
