Ken it's very easy to get them on the web. The editor of Acu Western Centre web site walks past Adrian's shop most days. If he gives them to him they will be on the web usually the same day. Or they can be emailed to Ben. So 1 email and they are on the web. Quick and easy. Dave.
Easy way to stop this. As fitted to my Triumph twin are Montesa chain tubes. I'm afraid they are not Pre65 but they have been fitted for at least 30 years renewed once. Best thing Montesa ever made.
Toe he is on trail bike on a road event so Definately no low pressures. Police would not be happy. My Honda runs on IRC occasionally Dunlop and the bike has 19000 mks on the clock. All done in trials. Have managed to win 1 or 2 events in that time. Keep speed down on the Tarmac as tyres can lose centre blocks.
Kev, I've been riding LDT for 15/16 years and always have trials pressure for sections. I use 7lbs or 8 lbs if rocky going for the front. Rear I use 5 or 6 lbs. bike is a Honda SL230 so a similar weight. The March Hare is nearly 1/2 off road so you will not need higher pressures. Have a good day, missing it for the first time in 15 years. Gutted. . Dave.
Hi Mike, sorry matches the third. I obtained my part no from a sprocket book which I lent to some one about ten years ago. Still waiting. That you can match up your measurements and find a part no. Can't remember who produced it. Looks interesting your project. Good luck.
I use a 10 tooth on my SL230 trail bike and keep it in place with circlips. I think it's of a scorpa. Part no is TG451 made by Talon. I don't know if the shaft is the same size.
That bike was previously owned by Chris Scott who won numerous trials and the 6 nations championship many times. He bought it of the great Tommy Barker who with mods did trials, scrambles and I think grass. Lots of wins by Tommy.
Another I had it could be landowner wanting extra money. The club I help organise trials with have different fees. Used to get land for a bottle at Christmas but now it can be up too X amount per rider, it's never the same.
They used ""air balloons" on the suspension units. Mick Andrews used the same and did big miles without a problem. No different to a rack on the back with weight further back.
Few years ago after spending a day at Fersit in the SSDT I followed a young Lampkin out of the farm. On my ZZR 1200 I never saw him after 1/2 mile. I tried but couldn't keep up. Exciting ride for him.
Direct answer to your question is yes as I ride one in trials. It is not a WD frame and I do not know the difference. It is a tight fit with exhausts being a problem.
Xmas present from the wife for my Triumph twin in 2009. Good instructions which I followed and it was a simple bolt on job. Not touched it since. Very helpfull on the phone.
