No, no more than any other big trial. The odd section caused a build up but some days hardly more than the odd 3-4 riders max.

Yes, I believe day was tried as an experiment, didn't really work IMO.

Sections were good, lots of rock outcrops and even mountain streams. Only six on the first da,y though they all had to be ridden blind, no looking! All other days were around 25 to 30 with 36 on the Sunday. Mileage 50 to 60 km each day, mainly off road. Last day finished on a mountain top.

Ben, that hill is a lot steeper than its looks on the clip, plus its loose sand. Without those revs he would not have gone anywhere, the power would just taper off quickly.

This will happen to any machine, not just a gasser. Spray all over with WD40 or similar to protect against the damp.

I use a Michelin X Lite on the rear of my twinshock with a tube, no problems. Its an Excel rim.

With care, but better not to. Certainly dont try to lift using the detachable end piece.

Dont listen to other peoples opinions, you have to ride both and see what you think. Somethings suit & some dont.

No its not, do a google search for a 2001 gas gas gear lever and you will find one.

Again, why? Anybody thinking of replacing a kill swith or riding abroad would get a lanyard type.

Have to agree here, missing a section then riding it 3 times is a form of cheating.
