THink part of the problem for them is that a lot of brands have their ''own'' supplier. e.g. KTM owns WP. So you will never get into those markets.

I think they are in multiple thicknisses to set the squish height.

Hellloo, I am currently training my stoppy and wheelie (or wheel hop) teqniques, and especially moving the back wheel goes better and better. I am struggeling however to combine both teqniques. As an example riding down a log, making the backwheel go to the right 90 degrees and landing, and than I want to place the front wheel a little more in the turn to ride a wall of the small concrete pipes. This is where it goes wrong. The location is a bit sandy, so doing the turn without wheel moving teqnique is very difficult. When I land the back wheel, I want to lift the front wheel, but it starts sliding away (because its not totally flat). I think this is because I first want to weight the front to then make a ''wheelie''. Maybe I should try to make a video next time. But any thoughts, hints, tips or videos?

Dont know but definatly replace the hole assembly, so seal, and shaft. THose wear quit quickly. There is a new assembly of the newest bikes, whichs looks better designed, you can order it and it does fit older bikes.

Without listening the advise would be, open up the clutchcover (lay bike on the side) and have a look at the kickstarter gear, idle gear, clutch, and the crank gear. Aswell look for play on the clutch.

Keep in mind that altough the boiling point is lowered with old brake fluid, it still only boils when the system gets hot, so something is causing too much friction.

I have good results with 10w40, atleast no real problems (in several pre-pro models). But thinner could prefent sticking problems e.g. better. If you do get problems you can just swap again, its not damaging the clutch or something.

Normaly something like 2% of water will get into the system each year. And this dramaticcally lowers the boiling point. So clearing the system once in a wile is easy, way better for the system, and not expensive. Offcoarse something else could be off in your case.

Buying a brand would be more logical, and is in lign with stephans acquisitions so far, but we will see. I think developing a total bike will need a full time ''todays'' trialist and a lot of R&D investment. I think it does suit the company, however I dont know if its enough of a potential money machine for KTM.

Mixing gas with (modern) oil should not be a problem, as long as you are not leaving it for ages.

Yeah just dot 4 brake fluid. I think ATF vs motorcycle oil is a discusion you can have for ages, both camps have succesfull stories.

There are two points of adjustment. One to get the lever more towards you, and the other to set the stroke of the piston. The one in lign with the lever is for the total travel of the lever, the one inside the lever for the piston inside the master cilinder. Make sure it has enough free play and enough travel to fully engage the clutch.

Toni needs competion, so moving to honda would be a killer for the championship. Also I think adapting to a 4 stroke is way difficult for a rider like raga.

Oh yeah, forgot you got the newer tank. Those older plastic, with a loose plastic cover one have it more often. What are you mixing and where you really reving it out?

If the hole in it is blocked, the tank will vacuum, and it will stop running for some moment. Easy to check, take the black rubber insert out of the cap and go for a test ride.
