The lad should take a close look at his part time minder Nigel Dabster. This hopefully will make him realise that pies sould only be eaten in moderation & only be taken as part of a calorie controlled fitness programme. How's the diet going chubbs?

  8. The Clubman results make little sense & don't add up, also I'm down for losing marks on time which I know I didn't.

The filter on a Pro is fixed to the carb inlet so all water in the box has not gone through the filter.

Clubman course was spot on for me with very enjoyable but tough straight forward sections & nothing silly to intimidate the average club rider.

You could consider not crawling along on your hands & knees dragging the bike along occasionally.
  12. An easy way to end someones contract is to offer them impossible terms.
  13. So? How many apologies do you think you'll get?
  14. I think 3 of us are heading up there this weekend, question is though will it be worth 6 hours in the van?

you'll only make 'em jealous posting pictures of Mrs Dabster, I suggest you edit your post NOW.
  16. g4321 is right in my opinion the stuff is a waste of time & bloody messy. I guess you're worried about punctures in the SSDT. From what I saw last year & what other people had previosly told me the main problem is getting front punctures going down the forest tracks. Despite the fact that I was knackered most of the time there was realy no option but to stand up whilst going down the tracks, the added height means you can see the pot holes / rocks sooner. Also don't go like a loon across some of the rougher moor tracks, Mamore road for instance.

1 - Find hole 2 - Stick your turd pusher through it A - So you don't have to look for it again after you've got the turds out B - So that when you stuff the turd in you shove tend to push to hard & loose the turd in the tyre 3 - Attach turd to pusher, use 2 or 3 if there's a big hole, then shove it in 4 - Insert air 5 - Get back on your bike quick 'cos times tight I actually saw more folk with front punctures in last years SSDT.
  19. The Richmond Motor Club Trial on Sunday March 6th at Grinton has been cancelled due to the snow.
  20. I'll second what Trialero says about Santigosa, it's a cracking Trial. Will be back there one of these years.
  21. I've been considering buying something to get the bike up to a height where I don't have to crawl about on the floor fettling. I've considered one of these:- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...7955139200&rd=1 I did think it would take too much room in the garage, so I thought about one of these:- http://www.easy-lifts.com/prices.htm - the moto-x paddock stand. Anyone got one? I know someone is selling a similar product in TMX, anyone got one? Has anyone any other suggestions?
  22. Well let's hope they've worked out how to give the 4 bang fat lass a bit more whizz before then or we won't being seeing them indoors next year.
  23. giving a whole new meaning to trials riders being tight with their cash !! Common practice realy, what do you think you do if you want a halfy halfy one? Another method of extending the slot is use two hacksaw blades taped together.
  24. mmmmmmmmm I'm sure the Spanish saw it this way for a few years too.
  25. If you want a tool to carry round at a Trial try this:- http://www.machinemart.co.uk/product.asp?p...60&r=2079&g=111 buy additional bits:- http://www.machinemart.co.uk/product.asp?p...78&r=2079&g=111 Then you should have all the hex heads / screwdrivers you need to carry. For home I have a set of Britool T-hex, they cost less than a night out on the sauce.
