Brings back bad memories, Scott 1998.

Can anybody point me to a full set of the Euro results? Our own clubs rider Jonathan Richardson has won two rounds of the International class & I want to put something on our club website about this.

When my A6 went in for a service the garage left me with 45 grands worth of A6 Avant 3.2 Quattro. Absolutely awesome it was, auto box but had a sport mode with the paddle changes on the steering wheel. The only problem was remembering which paddle was for up/down when it was singing at 7500 revs. Did 28 to the gallon as well which isn't that much worse than my diesel.

You will struggle for accomodation this late, your best bet is http://www.kepplewray.org.uk/
Stayed there last year & it's OK. 5 minutes walk from the start & town centre.

I think a new one is less than 20 quid. Try straightening the old one, they are quite soft & easy to bend back to shape.

First Monday in May, which in 2006 is the 1st. Event is based in Fort William.

Wrong Centre, Craven is in Yorkshire not Durham.

Which of the girls will get the first modern day Scott finish? Katy Sunter & Maria Conway have both come close in the last 2 years but failed to beat the clock, will any of them do it this time?
-
He'll not see which way Grimbo goes, I cannot see a first timer going quickest in the Scott. After all you wouldn't expect a road racer to go to Donnington & set fastest lap on his first time round would you?
Have you ever been to the Scott Cubby? Even if you've watched it it's an completely different experience riding.

Bit hard on the knees so I've heard.
-
Riding numbers have only been seeded in recent times (see the regs for details)
so it used to possible for the potential winner to draw #1. Seeding is done in an attempt to keep the first man on the course & the last man as close together as possible. In recent times only 20 or so people can go round within an hour of the man setting Standard Time.
No
Previous Scott experience & knowing where you are count a lot. It would be extremely difficult for any top class first timer to get in the first 6 never mind win it. For someone who hasn't previously ridden it would be very difficult to gauge how fast to go.
-
Must have been on ITV, we could only get BBC where I lived.
-
If I remember correctly this is why the system was changed down here, many occassional riders didn't buy licences as they were seen as being expensive. I can't remember how much they used to be though.
-
When you are as old as Physco is, YES
-
I must have a bit of word blindness 'cos now all I can see you doing is prancing about in some dodgy highwayman gear & a go faster strip across your nose.
-
He must have just got in from his morning run, Scott fever is burning bright down Whaley Bridge way.
-
From what I saw there's plenty of room for a garage anex out back.
-
If Big John posted his bikes he could do pages 24 to 50 all on his own.
-
I assume your friend Harvey the invisible 6 foot tall white rabbit is stood right next to you. Bet you daren't turn up & ride the Scott in that gear.
-
suppose it'll stop any Andy playing with his monkey jokes
-
Well we've been a bit lazy & only put in 22 hazards this time but as usual we've made most of them plenty long enough so the riders will get value for money. The sections are straight forward but will provide a challenge for both the Hard & Clubman routes. All we need now is some willing folk to Observe & a sunny day.
-
I hope it's not foggy on the 22nd as you haven't got too many people to follow off the start field, I concerned you won't know your way to see Jim the Clock at the first section.
