Michelin "x" Sh**e
Stuck the new tyre on this evening and it was without doubt the easiest tyre I,ve ever put on the rear , bit of soap and it went on with only one pull of a tyre spanner . Double popped at 30lbs and I,ve blown it up to 70 over night. Looks abit wet Sunday morning for the trial so should get a good idea of how it grips compared to the X11

Max. Pressure When Beading Rear Tubeless
gjbiker, I know that feeling well 60-65 usually pops them on with abit of tyre soap, keep at 60 lbs over night allowing the soap to dry and its stuck fast

On/off Clutch
I was actually quite impressed how the Pro Gasser clutch is put together and how you can alter the speed/lightness of it by swapping the steel plates for thinner or thicker ones
-
Big Diesel Engine
Mark, the 2T version is rattly and not as much torque though
-
On/off Clutch
Removing two of the springs worked on my mates rev3, makes the clutch really light and really nice to use but will slip on a big high gear climb

Adjusting Front Suspension
Sure someone more informed than me will let you know about the suspension settings as I cant remember on the rev3, but what were you doing riding over a hedge? lol. Suspension settings like most settings are a compromise and sometimes need tweaking for different terrain,
-
Poor Running
Make sure you have'nt repacked the silencer too tight, could be dirt in one of the jets as well so good clean of the carby would be a good idea

1997 Beta Runs For A Few Seconds Then Dies
Kill switch can be git on Betas mate, disconnect and try again, are the reeds ok?
-
1997 Beta Runs For A Few Seconds Then Dies
Stuart, not sure about that year but all the Rev3's I had you most of the time needed choke to start and then knock it straight off, are you sure the carb is really clean? you need to take care with the jets, plenty of carby cleaner through it and blow out with an air line. Are the reeds ok? and are the carb settings correct? jet size/float height/needle setting. Make sure the woodruff hasnt bust again on your first kick to start it, if its bust theres a good chance it will fire but stop once the wheel starts turning and goes out of the correct time. Make sure the stator is set in the correct position as well if youve had it off, the Lampkin site may have the correct position

03 Txt 250 Gasser
Thanks for your reply Dabomb, clutch plates and fingers measured up fine and the slave cylinder "O" rings I replaced have cured the drag from the lever, the bike though is tough to change into neutral when the clutch is in? I might try new master cylinder seals this week Just
