Atomant what software did you model it on? The splines are a first class idea, the only thing I can see about it is the machining of it would need done on a gear shaper rather than one hit on a cnc- however changing their geometry slightly would over come this. I had been thinking in my head of some sort of quick release type pins for the disc and sprocket but your design far out weighs this idea.

Just because Dougie Lampkin is involved means nothing- Look at Jordi Tarres probably a bigger name than Dougie- I know Jordi is left but can you see Jotagas taking the biggest percentage of the market share any time soon or ever, will they even be there in 10 yrs time?

Guys I am not the real Eddy Lejeune, he is Eddy. I was a semi expert rider but still changed the rear tyre after 4 trials

you need your tyres to be square at the top of the knobs, if they are rounded then you are compromising your grip- I don't know of any checks that are done, but they must be proper trials tyres fitted to the bike I think thats the only thing. When I rode every week as a rule of thumb I changed mine every 4 trials and used the ones I had taken off for practice.

what year is this bike and is that a 250 or did they come in a 212?
