sounds like what happened to mine, take front pipe off and look at piston as mine was scored badly and the rings melted into it, had to have barrel recoated and new piston and rings, sorry mate .

I've got the right bolts here and the proper Allen keys.

Hi scott, like you i didnt finish i got pulled up just before petrol stop 5, i was ok in the sections but couldnt keep the pace across the moors, im already thinking ill be back next year as its an epic event, so i may see you there, i was number 98.

Mine was a straight swap on the clutch but had to change the hose for the rear brake.

Pretty sure its 19 mil, mine seem to fit fine without removing swing arm.
