  1. I would give the carby a good cleaning, doubt too much oil is the thing! Condensation in the bowl will do funny stuff!
  2. Oh, just me then TFT! No prob, but I was worried for a bit that you were going to tell me something bad about the boys. I told Bruce to stop that (cross dressing) stuff in public! Just because he has leftover Montesa, Sherco and GasGas pants!
  3. Yes, TFT, if I am wrong, please correct me!
  4. Soo, I have come to like things a little loose! Increases my gas mileage!!!!!
  5. Hey, I'm seroius! You need a XX and I have one! Very rare and special order only!
  6. At the rate Andy was chewing that gum in nervous apprehention, it would scare the snakes!
  7. Great stuff!!!!!!!! You must have been right next to me and Atom on 15, think I may recall seeing you there taking those!!!!!
  8. Seems I missed Biff cause there was no Miata to find!! And even though I served Cactus Juice each day Fri and Sat eves, Atom even missed a tasting. Pity, but the Texas bunch made it disappear, quickly! Andy only got one, and I only got two!
  9. Ask or PM on the Beta thread, RLracer will know! My guess, .006-.008in. on the intake, and .008- .010in. on the exhaust. Excuse if I am off by .001 or .002! Makes little difference!
  10. Possibly, seems odd though, did you ck it to earth(motor) to be sure there is good ground , as the thermo switch just closes to allow voltage to the fan, and that is relative only to proper ( ground) so if measured across the fan may be erronious due to poor grund contact, just a thought. Do you have a headlamp? Does it work?
  11. Last time I checked, Paxau does not use the K on the WR bikes in the 125's, why would you?
  12. I agree that there is something to that concept that makes sense, but that also complicates matters. Say you gave each rider two ten second slips on time? If he were called on time, he could pull one out! As timeouts are the exception, rather than the rule, it just could work?
  13. I was somewhat surprized just how well that 125 did run!
  14. Yea, well I'm right behind the guy with the big head! Soooo----! Spot this one---- C'mon little wooly bugger, daddy is here, lets move on now!
  15. I had planned upon a stayover to do a bit of riding, but after last nights rains, I packed it in and made the drive home today. Atom, will you PLEASE edit your post to insert comma in appropriate position just so we will know whom is shagging whom here?????? Not that I do not like you, and your wife, as you are both very nice, sweet and friendly folk, thank you! She is too good for you BTW!
  16. What's wrong with walking? Hell, I did it twice looking for my bike! While you *******s were laughing! And left me ! There! Stranded!!!! Up, Down, Up , Down, Oh that's really funny, you just had to tell Brian, did'nt you! Oh well, you would have come back after dark, would'nt you? Well? Don't even bother to answer that!!!!!!!
  17. And exactly why did you post yours TWICE? At that time? Just get home from the pub?
  18. pi r no longer squared when I finish eating!
  19. Not sure of the exact answer to this, but I can tell you a couple of things. Firstly, when filling the radiator, you need to just cover the cores and allow a bit of room at the top for expansion. Next, if you are doing that many revs, surely you are moving enough to get some natural airflow past it? And lastly, I did notice that Caby's bike seemed to be spitting a few drops of coolant when hot. Hard not to notice because it dripped on the hot exhaust and made smoke, but no one seemed to be overly concerned about it!
  20. Porkman, you are in luck as I happen to have one extra XX of only TWO made(thanks to Clive), and I will sign it just for you! Send money!
  21. Jon, Forget all that glue stuff, Zipper simply stated that HE was tight, no reference to his grips! 3M spray trim adhesive works for me
