  1. I had a go at getting a Oko carb dialled in for my Whitehawk 200 after 2 new carbs and countless hours no joy . Fitted a flat slide dellorto and one hour later Its perfect. A little expensive but so are Two Oko carbs and jet sets !!
  2. Hi The Montesa 242 came out not long before the Mono's came on the scene. Good bike.
  3. Hi they don't drill the hole in the centre box for the same reason your front pipe needs a little work ..all bikes are a little different due to age and damage to frame over rocks and majesty, Whitehawk bikes all so use the same exhaust with a different frame .Just fit it on and drill a hole in the correct place for your frame.
  4. Hi I have a X Light on the front of my whitehawk and its as good as the irc I usually use
  5. Hi Have you got a cable or rod to operate ?? if cable change to rod as the cable maybe stretching
  6. Well.. the rear loop has been cut off and replaced with two end sections from another frame(the owner admitted doing this)the rear top shock mount is under the frame rail not through the rail ,the welding on the sump guard rear mounts did not look good the rear silencer was off a maico motorcross bike .But it did have a alloy majesty tank and new genuine kickstart and gear lever .Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear but its only my opinon if you like the bike that's what matters Regards Scorpa250
  7. I seen it advertised on the in motion website from memory it was the Bognor Regis area On closer inspection it was not a genuine Majesty (in my opinion) Regards Scorpa250

  9. Thanks, Sorry when I got the bike it had not run for a long time so I don't know what difference it has made. The engine does run well and feel responsive but I don't know how much can be put down to the boost bottle or the porting or the carbon reeds exhaust etc... But I love the look difference or no difference the retro look is great .
  10. Thanks Roester, It turned out better than I thought, I did a full on 100% refurb on my Whitehawk 200 and mainly used parts that I had accumulated from that project.
  11. Thanks, Standard swinging arm .Cut the handle mounts off and re-weld in the upright position. Exhaust front pipe is from a chap from the Aqueduct trials club he may have some left . the rest is WES system

  15. Are you using points Bestrcpilot ??
  16. Thanks for all your reply's I think I will go with a single WES pipe, I have matched the ports fibre reeds straight inlet rubber and a modified airbox The bore is still on standard I may look for another barrel and bore out 2mm oversize. I also run a whitehawk 200 which I have had a oko on but the standard carb does perform well and retain the bottom end . I run electronic ignition on the 200 , Has anybody got the points system working well 0n a 175 ??
  17. Thanks for the reply, have you done any other mods ?
  18. Andy, Can you ask your mate if the bike performed ok with the single box fitted, Some people say it restrict's it a little Cheers
  19. Hi All, Nearly finished my Majesty and I am in two minds what exhaust to use Option 1 WES center box with no rear silencer Option 2 two part WES system but by the looks of it it will need cutting and welding on therear silencer. Option 3 refub the original system I will ride the bike when done so performance is a factor. your opinions welcome Regards Scorpa250
