  3. GIZZA 5.....I TOTALLY agree...thats how I always do it, and it always seems, SO fast, easy, and works really well, that I can't understand why anyone does it any other way

  7. sounds like a good reply MPM...although..(and I have no experience of this)..surely just a few big rocks, placed strategically (purely for marking the boundary of your land or something could make for a good bit of practice now and then??
  8. just to sum it all up then, and stop any confusion.... Its all about cleanliness, lubrication, and a bit of grease on yer nipples OK..OK...sorry..I'll grow up one day
  9. No offence intended Neils on Wheels...but personally it irritated me when someone took the p*** out of colley doing that once. THese guys probably spend most of their life abroad, and as anyone who has lived abroad knows,(and yes I have too), it IS easier to be understood if you dont speak at 100 miles an hour in a thick Brummy accent or something. Personally, I think it is just a matter of politeness to the people they are talking too, and, as I have found, the listeners are usually VERY gratefull that you are habla mas despachio!!!!!! phew...glad I got that off my chest....a worthwhile post though neil..so please dont think I'm ranting at you
  10. oops//sorry Scott...things have changed...I'm now doing the Gwent STC trial

  14. Disgusting!!...and the biggest problem is that the majority of the population wont have the intelligence to recognise that we're not ALL like that

    R2many Babes

OK..so..we have to have the occasional stupid post on here dont we??!! Just wondered how our latest convert to Beta (aka r2w) is coping with all the new babes that he is probably attracting now that he's on the worlds best looking bike!!!..

  20. Theres a trial at Earl Shilton this coming Sunday...not too sure on exact location, but its in the regs at the back of Trials and Motocross News. see ya
  21. interesting points...and you're right AtomAnt...if CAN work..and it certainly does at your trials!!..cant WAIT till Im up that way again!
  22. Yep, I reckon the problems with queues only arrises in an area where there arent too many trials. I'm in the South midlands UK at the mo. and sometimes the queues are horrendous!...BUT...either other regions cope with large numbers better or something, I dont know, but for example, when I've ridden South Shropshire trials or Breidden Hills trials, theres never a problem with queues. Of course a few minutes is nice, have a chat etc. but I've done a few recently where you might wait almost 20 minutes!! Commenting on this, I do OF COURSE admit, that I'm a hipocrit (sp?) since, as yet, I havent taken on the hard work of organising an event in the UK!...so please dont take it personally anyone! As for keeping trials a sport for the minority...well...I can still see both sides of that argument very clearly, and never know which side to take! Having seen some crossers going nuts and riding like loonies illegally the other day, I certainly wouldnt want to be involved with people like that!
