  1. From what the pics show i think the new Gassers & Beta's look a lot better, but it's an interesting design from Sherco, let's see what the reviews of them will be like. but why did they have to use the Silver fork legs & black yokes lol. bad choice.
  2. That is just amazing i have watched that video over & over again, i wish i could ride like that.
  3. When i had my 2008 125 gasser a while ago now, the power from the bottom & top end was impressive for a 125, it did pull really well, i imagine the 2010's will be a lot better, don't know what the new evo 125 is like on performance, but i have a 2010 Beta evo 290 & it looks out of this world.

I also had a lot of trouble with the Keihin carb on my old 09 300 pro, it ran way to rich on the standard jetting 125 main, 45 pilot, JJH needle with the clip in the middle, 'Factory 'Kev' at GasGas UK told me this jetting was right (More lies from GasGas UK as usual), but it also created Knocking, Gasgas UK told me to fit a 3 slide in the carb to stop this but didn't do a thing to it, the mixture on my bike was that rich it just started to die on me like it was running out of fuel & kept having to rev it to keep it running but it eventually died & couldn't get it going again, took it back to the van, had a look at the plug & it was very black & oily which is a sign of being to rich. (I seriously can't understand why GasGas UK said the jetting was right) I tried running it on a 34 pilot jet which the mixture wasn't as rich but was still knocking. GasGas UK will not tell you anything that helps, so just keep trying with it yourself. I also went with mine to a Dyno-tester to see what was wrong with it, he said the Jetting was set up wrong also. give it a go on the 34 pilot jet & see how it runs. mine always ran good on the 34 & never really spluttered but did on the 45 pilot it just had a knock. This is a big problem with most Gassers maybe they haved worked on it on the 2010 models. I'm so glad i have a Beta now!! Keep trying with it anyway & see where you get, Good Luck! Cheers, Ben.

  7. a 12t front sprocket is way way to big, 11 is ok but try changing the front down to a 10t maybe & then see what it feels, or just use 1st gear going through the sections.
  8. Has it got a Flywheel Weight fitted. i no my Evo came with one as standard, not sure about the Rev 3's though. or you could lower the gearing which would probably help.

  11. Hi, i am after a thin Jacket for riding in, i was going to purchase a Hebo Windtex of ebay but someone else just got the last one!! Can anyone reccomend a simaler jacket to the Windtex, Cheers, Ben.
  12. There not Raga's, the 2009 Raga has a gold frame, those on the website are Standard 2010 models, the New 2010 Raga won't be out for a while yet.
  13. This was a problem on the 05's 4RT's, it happened with my dad's old mont where it kicked back & ended up with the casing broke inside, the problem was resolved on the 07 bikes (i think), by using a new camshaft which prevented it from happening. Cheers, Ben.

  15. When i went in Trials UK, they had a 300 on display, & i have seen a 2010 125 being ridden about.

    Got my 2010 290 evo at the weekend, Awesome bike & the power curve is very smooth & controlable, i would definatly reccomend the 290, but see how you get on with the 200 first. Cheers, Ben.

    GasGas UK maybe your only place, but there will probably be a few poping up on ebay i imagine though.

Such a shame your Venue has closed, B*****D motocrossers have to ruin it for everyone, i remember a place i used to ride at which at first was just a nice calm place until motocrossers came & ruined it for everyone, i didn't know about this until when i was riding at the place once & the police came, they said if i did it again they will take my bike off me, because of idiots on crossers ripping up & down & people complaining, so annoying Ben.
  23. Sorry to hear about that Tom, knowing GasGas UK though, they will probably just tell you where to go, i recently had a Cracked Radiator on mine, but GasGas UK wouldn't do anything about it, had to buy a new one Instead! See if you can get it welded somewhere. Cheers, Ben.
