Seeley Honda Fork Springs
I got these fork springs from In Motion Bultaco for my Marzocchi forked SWM, so depending on your weight should be fine. (13stone) Defiantly better than 20/30 yr old ones !

Bantam Rear Hub
Or you might find it easier to get a channel over the sprockets as there isnt much room for a straight edge. Look here http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/hardware/ironmongery/sheet_metal___tubing/-specificproducttype-steel_hardware

Yes join black cables together to miss out old condensor, use existing black wire that comes out grommet at back of cylinder and goes through plastic sheath, where it would previously just gone to coil join in new condensor, as you say mounted by coil. Job done. (and make sure wire by flywheel cant touch anything)

Plug gap about 25 thou. Yes to how you adjust timing, though not that critical. Timing mark on casing at about 11, by screw hole, and faint mark on fly wheel is there if you look, hard. To connect an external condersor, disconnect existing and remove or isolate, join wires together, pref solder and insulate. Mount a new condensor by coil and connect black wire. I use a VW one from Euro car parts which has 2 connectors and a bracket which makes it easy. If you want the part no ask. Bultaco UK also do one thats suitable. Martin seems to spend a fair bit of time away so not always an instant answer.

Clutch - Opposite Operation !
You will have to take the left hand casing off, having first removed the gear lever & kickstart, to have a look. Only thing I can think of is the mechanism attached to the casing has moved, its a plate with a lever that rotates on 3 ramps which (normally)disengages the clutch. To drain the gearbox oil take out the allen key on the sump, NOT the hex head. * (worth making a cardboard template to make sure you put the screws back in the correct places as they are different lengths )

175 Bore Clearence
You couldn't pick out the bottom ring and clean up the piston, and try and source a replacement ring ?

175 Bore Clearence
I think I would be even more suspicious if they didn't ask !
-
No Stop : not working
Younger riders should get there early to avoid all the wheel chairs & zimmers, extra room should also be left for the hysterical older riders.
-
175 Bore Clearence
I know a couple of TY175 owners that have tried Wiseco pistons without success, and changed quickly as there is no power. (don't shot the messenger)
