Have a go at the Lands End its a great trial and something a bit different you will go through many emotions, I ride as passanger in a sidecar outfit which puts a different outlook on it from the usual solo one day trials I ride. There is a great atmosphere and camaraderie between riders and marshalls, really chomping the bit for this years event after missing last years events for various reasons and then this years Exeter trial being cancelled in January because of the weather.

Bit off topic but hows the entry count going this year HL compared to previous years?

Put him off for a month and get him to do the greatest trial of the year with plenty of riding between sections.

Agree with all the positive comments made by every one else, very quick delivery, nice mixture of sections and the cross country bits that us spectators never get to normally see just hear about, and nice touch with the boot cam. My thoughts on to have music or not is I would imagine that in those conditions the background noise of the wind and rain drown out alot of the bike noise so I personally think to have music. Roll on May 2010 more of the same.

And Dougie is near on super human judging by the result he achieved today still suffering from last weekends injuries.

Just move it back a couple of months to May on this years evidence and make them ride from Fort William up to the Nevis range car park.

As above a massive effort by all involved, to plot a day in the highest profile trial in the world in less time it takes most to do a Saturday afternoon club trial.

I thought the same, a bit different to the short ride up the road to the relatively flat but tricky Leanachen sections that have opened up for the last couple of years. The other interesting change is going to Fersit the other way what are the thoughts of any-one that has rode before about the moor crossing back to Meannanach the opposite way to normal?

Best stay there till the sea is like a mill pond, had some bad crossings on that overnight ferry coming back from the two day over the years.
