Rear Brake Caliper?
What a good idea about using a rawlbolt to withdraw the piston, I've messed on with airlines in the past to try to blow them out. Will try that next time, thanks for the tip.

Sherco 2010 300?
Just been having a look at the new Sherco 2010 parts books and noticed that there is a 300 barrel and cylinder head and piston under a model designated 300. I know S3 produced a 300 kit before so the factory must be going to use it sell it officially. I suppose realistically the works bikes have been full 300's for a few years now.

On Malcolm Ratmells website it says 2.8 litres. I think I read on a post that someone is trying to fit a Hebo tank on the front forks to give extra capacity.- Sherco 125 Academy Rear Suspension Shock
I am like Copemech, in that my shock will only go the way it was designed. We both have 07 bikes, so I can assume the tri-link must have been changed for 08 bikes and 09.- Anyone Know A Trials Display Team?

I am sure I tried to fit my old 04 shock to my 07 just out of interest to see if it would fit and I'm sure it would n't fit because the spring is in a different position on the early shock and will not clear the newer swinging arm.- Ryan Young Looks At The 2010 Sherco
Ryan Young has posted a video on youtube of him showing the new bike. He has taken Killers video a stage further in showing and explaining the fuel tank and fuel pump and air filter in more detail. He needs two attempts at describing the skid plate though. Seems it is set up ready to take a Keihin carb as the Dellorto has a spacer on the airbox side. EDIT. The link no longer works as the video has been removed from You Tube.- Sherco 125 Academy Rear Suspension Shock
The 2008 shock had an adjuster screw at the bottom of the shock, you could adjust the damping by turning through an adjustment of about 14 different positions. Also dont think the 2005 fits the later models as it is about 10-15 mm shorter and also the spring position is different.- Sherco 125 Academy Rear Suspension Shock
The 2006 shocks are not adjustable for damping and had problems with oil seals.- Bleeding Transit!
Not sure about Transit's but on my Scudo diesel engine there is a manual pump button on the fuel pump that you keep pushing or squeezing to prime the oil pump with diesel from the tank. Will do a bit of searching to see what I can find.- Evo 2009 Or 2010
Nice honest answer Perce, thanks. Good section to try a bike on as well.- Evo 2009 Or 2010
