There must of been a fair few trials under the new rules that have been run including a national. How did you like riding or observing under them. Did they lead to bigger queues, are they easier to ride, is observing easier etc. etc.

Just making members aware of a scammer on ebay who ripped myself and another couple of lads off. He was selling a load of used Raw Trials Clothing in Sets,ie Shirt,Pants,Jacket,Gloves We never received goods,he wouldn,t reply to emails and I have had to make a claim through ebay so I will be at least 15 quid out of pocket. PERSONAL DETAILS REMOVED BY MODERATOR PENDING EVIDENCE OF ALLEGATION

Hi My husband and son are in the process of getting trials bikes. Can anybody let me know of any places in the north east where they can ride them to practice on. Can you suggest any clubs in the area too which have practice areas? Thanks Louise

Dougie Lampkin Experience I know our very own Andy and Kinell are going to this on Friday and will surely produce a full report and pictures but I thought a quick report for those attending later in the week would still be worth while. I and a few friends attended the school on Monday and had a great time. The school itself was of limited value to me as a rider (personal opinion) but a great day out all the same. I had hoped to work with the instructors on techniques that I felt I was struggling with but the group sizes and mixture of abilities made this unlikely from when we arrived at the first section. Morning Session We were first split in to two groups based on …

Just completed my clubs first online entry setup using the new ACU Sport 80 system ( The neighbours have probably learnt a few new swearwords 🤬) Its done my head in especially entering info for all the youth classes, does anyone know if all the info I have typed in for this event eg classes etc will be saved in the system making a lot easier when setting up our next competition. I would have asked ACU but I'm still waiting for answers to the email I sent them back at the beginning of January.

Can anyone out there recommend any trials shops down here in the South West? Want to take my lad shopping to spend his birthday money. Cheers - Matt.

I've always gone for "the full english" but after reading Bernies book think maybe not beating Perce is simply down to what I eat. What, joking apart, is the best food on the morning of the trial?

minor whinge here but one that spoils all that's good with trials. Rode the jack wood Sunday -cracking Yorkshire trial -sections spot on and really well organised. 2 fuel stops - all arranged which is most appreciated these days. Put my 2 fuel cans in with a drink taped to each can for the organiser to carry to the designated spot. Top job I thought However got to fuel stop one -fuel there - no drink - half empty bottle in the bottom of the pile - thinks its my brand and same colour tape so had the remnants and carried on Surprise surprise same issue at the second stop I'm not sure what disappoints me the most - the fact we cant trust fel…

Rode in the Leamington Victory round of the Midland Centre Group trials championship today starting at Earlswood near Birmingham. Between the third and fourth groups of sections the police were stopping bikes to check for tax, Insurance and number plates. One rider was collared for not diplaying a tax disk on his Beta Rev4 (possibly a first?) A number of riders were caught without tax and ordered back to the start by the shortest route! One or two others heard about the check and made their way to the next sections via a covert diversion! Apparently a local had telephoned the police to complain about motorcycles riding through the village without any number plates! …

Just wondering if there are any plans for a trials central trial?

New Honds now available 4RT factory £6799 4RT standard £5699 But the real bargain is the 125 CRF motocrosser with electric start at £1,999 Why then can't they do a useful 250 / 300 cc trials bike for around the £3000 mark?

  16. Hi all, I'm new on here so I hope this is the right place for this. I've been trail riding for the past year on my 1973 Honda SL125 but have also been messing around doing the odd bit of trial riding. It's something that I really do like doing but I can't force myself to sell my SL to buy a more trial orientated bike. I know that the turning circle is a bit more limited than say then TL125 and the foot pegs are slightly lower that trial bikes but what the heck Does anyone know of any trial events in or around East Anglia that cater for classic/twinshock bikes that I could enter for. Would really like to put my hand to a bit of competitive riding Thanks very much, …
