just been watching you tube and vimeo and thought of a way of mixing it up a bit. How about last section is a timed run UP the nevis range down hill course?

Be advised the main A82 trunk road will be closed at 10pm tonight between Tarbet & Ardlui (Loch Lomond). The road will not reopen until 0600 on Saturday morning. The main diversion route is via Inveraray on the A83 trunk road. There will be no closure on Saturday or Sunday night, but from Monday until Friday next week the road will be closed at 2200 and will reopen at 0600 the following day between Tarbet & Ardlui (Loch Lomond). I'm hoping to get up to the scottish this year. Any advice on Bed & Breakfast please i can remember a lot of guest houses on the road in to Fort William somewhere pretty close to the town centre would be good, say within 4 miles Cheers hope to see a lot of you there

Oh no !! Very sad news. Ally Finlay a ex-secretary of SSDT trials died last Monday. He was a good secretary some years ago, before Mairi and Big John Moffat. I'm proud to have known you Mr.Ally ! Rest in pace Ally and my condolences to Blair and Margaret Finlay.

Have looked in each day's results but Amos and Laia don't appear to be riding? Any one know why?

So with c11 weeks to go, yep it will fly by Better get out and do some physical training. Who do you think is going to win? I actually thought last year that no one could beat Graham Jarvis in the natural flowing sections of the SSDT, and it was almost a dead cert bet...........but the wheel fell off the waggon So could it be Jarvis or Connor, Pascuet, Ben Hemingway,, Morris, Dabill, Bibao, Colley Add Thorpe, Austermuhle, Brown, MacDonald (local Knowledge!!!) into the pot, or... Come on , its 21.40hrs on Saturday!.Hundreds of people in Fort William will have heard who has probably/ most likely won , yet there is no comment on this one of the World biggest Trials sites . Either A - noone knows(unlikely) B - Your all drunk C - You dont want to prempt the official results I expect its all over twitter , so come on someone whats the Goss Put us out of our misery , someone , for Gods sake Ive got to go to bed soon

Any photos of #176 finishing on Saturday? At the finishers ramp? Probably looking very tired. Or any other photos at all would be greatly appreciated.

Somehow I seem to be the invisible man! Does anyone have any pictures of me doing the ssdt this year (only lasted until Thursday!)... Is there anything I can show my peeps back here to prove that it was me in the ssdt? Any pic, no matter how unflattering.....

Since i live in a country under sea level i know my mudholes, so i am espcially keen on any mud pictures. Has anyone taken some moor crossing pictures, and can give me a link? Much appreciated

Does anyone know roughly when we find out if we have a place in the SSDT? I think the anticipation is going to leave me with some sort of mental scarring.... All the best Tom
