USA Trials

Hello, I am a 59 year old that has ridden motorcycles for years. I had a 1986 Honda TLR200 Reflex and a 1997 Gas Gas Contact 200. I would like to get into riding very easy trials type riding in the woods around my house, not competing. Used trials bikes in my area of Northern Indiana are hard to find and I would like to start tinkering around in the woods asap as this COVID-19 stay at home order is driving me nuts. There are two within 90 minutes of my home. One is a 1975 Yamaha TY175 ($1,400) and the other is a 1974 Suzuki RL250 ($1,000). Both seem to be in the same shape. My question is which one do you think would be the better bike for me?…

Endurocross in Nampa is coming up next week and I'm interested in riding in the trials round during the event. The problem is that I can't find any registration info on a trials specific race. Any information or a local contact would be helpful. Thanks!

Looking to meet up and ride and practice with some other people in CT. I have about an acre behind my house with a nice stream bed for practice but I am looking for other areas and people to ride with. Practicing by yourself isnt the same as practicing with others to help push and critique. I live in Southbury CT. Who else is in the surrounding area willing to meetup!? Mike

Next weekend another old **** and I are heading to Lucerne valley CA to ride, camp, and catch some rays. So I thought I would make a month of it and visit other places, I know what p****** rain and cold look like so no need to sample that. What tha got? need to be able camp and ride.

The MMC "Boneyard Trial III" Final NETA Event is ready for Sunday, October 22nd in Meriden, CT. NETA Class Championships will be settled to close out 2017 Season with (9) Expert & (9) Novice Sections per Loop (about 2 miles long). Rider's Meeting at 10:45 AM and "Normal 3 PM" Ending time to be extended 30 minutes to 3:30 PM. 4 PM Hard Finish Time - to avoid DNF. Novice Loop shortened from August event. With increased number of Sections to be ridden in 4 Loops - most of them are slightly shorter than normal. Sections are Technical & Challenging for each ability class; without being dangerous. Hello all fellow trials community. I had a 1985 Honda TLR250 stolen on 8/13/17 in the Columbus, Ohio area. The bike was restored with many upgrades and it looked "show-room" new. I cannot express how distraught I am. There are very, very few of these bikes and my hopes are it will eventually "show" up for sale and/or be seen...even if it is years down the road.
