A few of us decided to make a last minute blast down to the Nov 2 TI event in Dayton over the weekend. It was a mixed crew for sure. FanticMatze even flew from Germany just to go riding with us! Even got to watch Pat Smage- that worth the price of admission by itself! Hey- I actually will have the Sherco done by next week! During that long dry spell I also picked up some new adjoining property. Lot's of very cool stuff to ride- rocks, logs, off cambers, water crossings. Most has never been ridden- but there are some existing sections. New sections invlove some clearing but lots of stuff that is ready to ride. The rock hill has only been ridden off camber/sidehill- no one with enough **** to try riding up it...yet. Joey where are you? If the water drops in my pond we'll have more sections, but lots of rain this summer has kept some of the sections under water all year. Thinking about Saturday Sept 5. Some video of a trial we had at Orizaba mine in Arizona this past weekend. We only got video of intermediate riders because our normal camera person was not there.

working at a new venue last weekend..some work on the pro/exp lines.. my Brother Roy, and Wy rider Ron Anderson size up some Rattle snake laced rocks...we will bring them down...or maybe up...hmmm it will test some feet up skills for sure...Trial up..Nonami Ranch May 5th..La Porte Co..and the RMTA.

The Sooner Cup is right around the corner - we're looking forward to seeing everyone there! Remember, this event is open to ALL club-level competitors. The Sooner Cup is a traditional two-day event that happens every year in Oklahoma; this year the Pro's are coming to compete for $5,000 in purse money. Do not miss this event! Congrat's guy's on an excellent trials. I really liked the long, open, challenging sections. You really had to have a good ride to clean them, but nothing too difficult. All in all a real enjoyable day. Thanks again for a quality event. - Don PS All day long I kept thinking it's not raining and it's not 95*F with 95% humidity, am I really at a Great Lakes event ???

On a quiet day back in the 1977 there was a world round held in Port Huron Michigan. It was a great success and the spirit of that event still holds true. In just over a week we will be hosting a Vintage cup here in MOTA near Port Huron. Come join us for the annual Fun in the Sun 2 day trial at Hardrock Cycle Park in Ocala, Fl. on Feb 28th and March 1st. Early sign up Friday 5-7 pm. Day of the event 7:30 am. Start times: Sat. 11:00, Sun. 10:00. I will post more info as I get it!

Hey Folks, This years Ryan Young trials school was such a huge success that we are offering it again in 2012! The two-day event will be held on 3 & 4 March, 2012 at Tom Tschantz's beautiful property in Shelby NC. (the same site of this year's class). The cost is $200.00 per student; MTR is providing lunch both days for the students at no charge and a 2012 RY class T-shirt too! Class size is limited to 20 students, so if you are interested in attending, get your deposit in ASAP!
