This topic has come up many times in these forums and no definative answer has ever seemed to be given. The general concensus is anywhere from 350 to 450. Personally I use 450.

Complete and utter rubbish, have had 2 rev3's and 4 pro.s no differance in maintainence at all. The pro,s are easier to work on, thats all. Whatever bike feels right is the one for you.
