    4rt Spare Wheel

Sherco wheel with your 4rt spacers is a drop fit, no problem.
  2. Can't believe 10% of the riders have observed at the SSDT prior to riding, I certainly hadn't & I can't think of any of my mates had either.

    Side Stand Spring

You're stand's bent, just bend it back so it doesn't touch the tyre. Get hold of the end the stand & pull it the direction you think's right. DON'T take it off, knowing your luck the spring will take your teeth out as you try to put it all back together.
  4. Open season on the 'gay' jokes then aye, it shouldn't be FCA it should be FQA.

The tyre still has to 'pop' onto the rim whether there's a tube in there or not, if it doesn't it will simply fall off everytime you use it. I doubt very much if a plug in car pump will have enough whizz to get a tyre up onto the rim.
  6. Have you any idea actually why he got lost?

It's going to get more expensive because you've f****d a perfectly good wheel. Did you not consider asking BEFORE you trashed it? A compressor would have been a far cheaper option than the one you've taken for a start. You can put tube in a tubeless no problem but you have to still blow the tyre up onto beads using either a compressor at home or simply going to a garage forecourt. I doubt very much if it'll slip round the rim, if it does just kick the tyre off the bead & start again. Drilling holes & fitting rimlocks has basically trashed it, although I suppose it'll still run OK with a tube in & with the tyre blown onto the beads. Ditch the rimlocks. Never fit a tube type tyre onto a tubeless rim, tube inside it or not, it'll fall off the rim everytime. Just ask all those lad's who've been sold one by mistake, they always drop off in the crappiest spot & as far away from the car as possible. Always, always check the tyre you've been sold is a tubeless type.

    Cookies

Dip them in your coffee / tea, they're then softer & tend to melt in the mouth.
  9. Sorry mate but I get the impression you're far too white for that
  10. As long as you don't tow up with an excessive amount of electric appliances & gadgets next time you stay it should be OK.
  11. I've got a problem with routing my computer network round the house, I can't get the wireless signal to reach through the 500mm thick walls from one side of the house to the other. So I've come to the conclusion I'll have to wire it in so at the same time I might as well put a tv cable into the bedrooms etc. I've currently got my aerial in the loft & a sky dish on the wall, both of which a cabled to the mess of wires at the back of the tv set in the living room. I've currently got a wired connection to the dining room & most importantly my office where I can pick up the aerial & sky signal. Now the plan is to add to this bedroom points where I can pick up both signals & also add freeview boxes into the mix. We're already picking up a fairly good freeview signal off a 100mm magmounted aerial in one of the bedrooms on my daughters PC with tv card. We can see the Bisdale mast on the other side of the vale of York (approx 30 miles) from our bedroom windows. So if there's a cheap & less messy way round my network / tv problem I'm open to suggestions.
  12. Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction of how, why & what to use in sending a tv signal to all the rooms in my house? I'm currently having to hardwire my computer network so i might as well do the TV one at the same time. Anyone that can help please send me a personal message or email to discuss what I need. For the useless tools out there I don't need the link to the Maplins site, I know how to use Google thankyou very much

    Montesa 4rt

Just buy a Renthal R1 & there's plenty of links in there, I've certainly never bought any extra bits or fitted a 1/2 link thingy. I use standard cams as the standard axle doesn't suit any of the bling stuff, it's not long enough. The normal cams do the job just fine anyway so why waste brass?

    Montesa 4rt

You can read it both ways & since mine had a 43 on it when it came........... I use 10-42 but then I had a few spare ones knocking about when I got the 4rt. The only way to properly slow a 4rt down is to fit a throttle body & use a softer than standard map, swapping sprockets is just a workaround method. Fitting a big clutch master cylinder is also a must. Although my 07 spys tell me that the standard map is softer & the clutch is better too.

  19. Easy, come down to the Cruachan & get Andy to copy your images to CD via his Laptop. Then buy beers all round for him & all the other wasters staying there.

  24. An elderly gentleman of 83 arrived in Paris by plane. At the French Customs desk, the man took a few minutes to locate his passport in his carry-on bag. "You have been to France before, monsieur?" the customs officer asked, sarcastically. The elderly gentleman admitted he had been to France previously. "Then you should know enough to have your passport Ready." The Canadian said, "The last time I was here, I didn't have to show it." "Impossible. Canadians always have to show their passports on arrival in France!" The Canadian senior gave the Frenchman a long hard Look. Then he quietly explained. "Well, when I came ashore on D-Day in 1944 to help liberate this country, I couldn't find any Frenchmen to show it to."
