The fork's on my 200 do the same,as Big John say's it could be down to the spring's,i was going to look toward's the spring's myself a while ago but decided it was'nt really worth messing about with.

I did'nt have a bean except enough money to see me by for a month.I was in my middle twenty's when i decided to break away from the daily routine,back then the mortgage was low,i did'nt have a wife and kid's so i thought it was worth taking the risk, in my case it worked out. It took a good few year's to get myself about and known after that the work fall's on your lap,then it's down to you if you want to except it,i don't look to make load's just enough to get by on,i guess the more money you want to make the more you get drawn back into the rat race,i've found a good medium,i do the work at my own pace and when i think i've reached enough to get me by for a month i ease up and take some time out. Can't say i've ever been one for wanting to feel secure somewhere, that can make you feel to comfortable with life and your chance's will pass you by i think. It's so sad when you see people outside there work place in tears after just being made redundant,god what faith we put into employer's thinking they will keep us in work so we can keep paying our bill's,so why not reverse the table's,be in control of our own future's and once again a better quality of life for ourself's

Interesting comment..I would'nt say i was brain washed,i'd say i had my eye's open and learnt from my past manager's/bosses i worked under,i've seen manager's/bosses make a company i've also seen manager's/ bosses bankcrupt a company,so i would'nt say you have a bad attitude you just made the mistake of having your eye's open and learnt from them and now your feeling devalued and have an idea of how to control a business.I decided to go it alone some 12 year's ago now,if i want to stay in bed all day i can,if i want to go down the snooker hall with my mate's all day i can,if i need some money i call up my contact's and they give me work,they know im good at what i do with no fuss so i get the work ,they'd like me there full time,but no i remind them what the score is.i've never looked back,i could never fit into a 9---5, five days aweek under a manager job again. That maybe an option for you,you have the skill's and you have the idea and you want the money you deserve.

well well look's like your talking yourself straight into the job centre.Business is tough out there at the moment for every one,company's are letting people go to save money.It might look like the rest of us are bending over but we're not,we're just seeing what's real. I think as long as you have enough money to pay the bill's and have enough left to take your bike out at the weekend your doing well for yourself at the moment. However if you want the full fruit's of your work then go it alone,then your know how tough life can really get.

maybe you don't know how lucky you are,you say you get a final salary pension,does'nt that mean some of your weekly wage goes into a pension fund. your starting to sound like a typical long term employee who think's the company owe's you the world,not true. you want to try being self employed,if the work ain't there you don't get paid.

Your missing a vital point here with this manager thing.It's not the manager that set's your wage rate,that would be down to the boss who own's the company would it not. Is it right to slate the manager for the rule's he did'nt make,he's just there to uphold the rule's.

Yer bite your tounge and take there free training they want to give you,after you got through the training call there bluff and tell them you've been offered the same job with better money else where,but make sure that new job offer exisit's before you bluff them,you must allway's have a back up plan before you bluff these people. My thinking is,if your good at your job your never be unemployed.

There's some strange stuff going on out there,went into 2 garage's today to fill up with diesel,all diesel pump's closed off only selling petrol,is it becoming to much of a loss for the smaller garage's to even sell it now.
